Doing more research? "Fact is", I went through the trouble to screenshot every single one of his chart records as a recent proof of what he's been doing. What have you done? I'm fairly new here, so I will just leave my two cents here and then take my leave.
From my perspective, I understand Glass' accusation is well justified, but I also understand SilentWing's urge to defend this guy.
He's been getting flamed and accused for days without a proper notification of his status.
I believe it'd be best to just ask an active Japanese lurker here to ask him for a live video in game.

He's still highly suspicious in my eyes, he became a hidden god in what, 1-2 weeks?

Anyway, I wouldn't call him a cheater for sure yet. I think something similiar happened to Sprosive a few months ago and he turned to be a fair and actually really skilled player.

It's not like I'm saying this to defend this guy, but hidden is a pretty easy mod for some people, for example I suck and in some maps I see no real difference between using hidden or not. In fact it makes some maps easier (for me) since you get a longer time to react to a hit than without it (for example, I can survive longer using Hidden + HR than only HR). Of course this doesn't apply for every map, though by playing them just a couple of times you'll somehow manage to remember things you can't really see because of hidden. Just my two cents.

It doesn't, but the circle appears to "spawn" before with Hidden that without, since with this mod you end up clicking where's nothing, that's how I feel it. However it seem you forgot to read the first part of the post, where I mention that this would only apply to some people, and not for everyone. What I said is based in my experience, and I get that results, I think I can assume that it doens't only apply to me, it'd be really rare to be the only one (though possible).

Well, I haven't looked at it myself yet, but knowing DJPop's usual Insanes, and with a BPM such as 170, I personally doubt that DoubleTiming this is even possible...

There is this one map with bpm190 that Rucker and Cookiezi has both DTed. I forgot what it was, but it has two 9-note 1/4 streams in it.

Just saying, I feel hidden makes maps with high AR easier to play. This is especially true with Hidden + Flashlight, the 200+ notes is more visible to read with HardRock (+HardRock = AR9). With Hidden+Flashlight only, notes after 200 is somewhat invisible (although not too hard to memorize those notes though). All you need is a good reflex, and just follow the notes' trail. However:

I'm probably wrong and the time is just the same, but when I see fast approaching circle (I mean very fast ones) I fail epicly, that's why I said that may apply to me (and therefore may apply for other people).

Since, no one's getting my drift and some are failing to understand simple English, I will explain what I think of this user:
- He is probably a Chinese user

- He registered using a Japanese proxy

- He is now playing games using a Korean proxy (or he might just be residing in Korea)

One thing that is clear is that he is a multi (and he responded to this before but deleted his post afterwards), so it is possible

that he was aware of the consequences of using a multi and therefore, devised a scheme to avoid IP tracing for multi-ing.

*All of them are merely speculations and there are a bunch of other scenarios that are possible.

Someone else brought up the oddity in his ranked score (getting ranked in hard and insane after a couple of days since he joined)
He said something about forgetting his old account, but he later deleted this post. I hope someone else who has also seen this can confirm this for me. Also, the strange thing about him is not just his in-game location showing up as Korea when he's a Chinese speaker.
-His forum location is Japan
-His in-game location is Korea
-He speaks Chinese
so the major significance in this is that his forum location differs from his in-game location. unless he asked peppy to change it or is a bug, it must have been due to proxying.

I don't think I still need to prove that he's a multi though. Even his stats right now is messed up (Sub 1000 ranking within 11 days with low play count)

There is no doubt LunaticSHIKI is a multi-account, that's a given.

Problem is how to figure out who made the multi-account, which will be solved in mere minutes by the right people, aka admins.

The spins are a little iffy but if you look really close, you can see his hand vibrate. I think- THINK he's playing with a very high sensitivity and he just vibrates his mouse in a tiny circle allowing for weird unpredictable spins (I know because I've done it with a tablet and reached 477 rpm+)

The camera is bad which doesn't help at all but as far as I can say right now he's looking pretty innocent.

This. I guess its recorded by a phone since I know who horrible the fps is.
Download the video and run frame per frame and you can see him actually spins.

I really don't understand why someone would hack a spin that isn't super consistant and fast). Isn't the original complaint about SILVIA about how he was hiddening a lot of songs? He showed a video of him doing a hidden+dt proving how he was not using a hidden hack and what does he get? More hate about how he spins.

So, by your logic, if some FL cheater made a video of himself FLing a map legitly, that means he never cheated? Also, videos are shit-easy to rig, and I thought we all wanted peppy's opinion on this, not some crappy low fps phonecam'd video. Not to mention we can't even see what other processes he's running, do you have any idea how easy is it to just run a macro in the background and mimic the cursor movement?

Spinning is trivial? The point is that the spinning looks suspicious, not that we give half a shit about the little bonus it gives especially on Insane maps.

You make a good argument I admit but I want to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Taking my first look at the video I instantly thought something was up with his spinning, I rewatched it about 3-4 times trying to spot maybe a button on the side of the mouse or a ball slider or something but nothing. It just looks like a normal mouse. However like I said before, he could have very good mouse control.

Only way to confirm it really is if peppy can know if files have been edited in his osu folder like the other hackers.

although from what i can see, this guy has been playing for as long as i have [5 months], he's ranked 35, can play this map with HD+DT [although in this case he's played it 300 times so I can understand, but it's still hard as hell and nobody else has done it with both HD AND DT], and his profile is a neverending stream of SH's

yeah, nobody asked me, we've been through this a billion times and in the end it's peppy's decision and yada yada, but that's my opinion and i'm not biased towards this guy or anything...so yeah.

Just saying, just because nobody has done it doesn't mean nobody can do it. I can give you at least 10 players who can DT HD that song in less than 30 minutes off the top of my head.

Well he posted a video of himself playing, quite frankly I was surprised he was a mouse user but other than the spinning everything seems legit, and we aren't condemning him for a spinning hack are we? ;3 He probably has his mouse on a very high sensitivity.

I say give this guy a rest. It still bothers me how he has joined osu not so long ago and is already this pro, but we have seen similar cases happen (Refer to a user named "Hurude Rika") and I guess he's just that talented.

Only proof I can say is that I have spectated him many times. I was also suspicious of him a while ago thinking "how the hell can he SH songs on first try?". Then I saw how he practiced a song for a very long time on spunout before he tried it.
Also, when I ask him to play a song, he always uses spunout if it is his first time. He also uses it when I ask him to play songs beyond his level like astrosexy. As it seems, he intentionally wants a low playcount.
You can spectate him and ask him yourself. I do not want to argue this anymore because the only way to make some people satisfied is if peppy confirms his legitimacy.

I pretty much spectate S15 for a few songs whenever he's online
and I can testify for SilentWings that he has also spectated S15
enough to base his arguments on his observations

Alright so #1 is Hardrock and Flashlight. 1x 100 missed a few finishers.
#2 me: SS: Hidden Flashlight, and I hit every finisher (This was played when mouse was able to hit all the finisher notes, you can tell by my replay)
#3 Sander-Don: SS: Hidden Hardrock Sudden-Death Flashlight: Hit about the same amount of finishers as #1 did and didn't even pass me.

Something is fishy.

Did you count drumrolls? Although I can't imagine how you'd not consider them, being an expert in taiko ._.

Other than that, I don't see how either, i can see why you are behind #1 (HR has more number of spins) but that doesn't explain #3, unless Sander missed one spinner or two. Spinners are worth like 2200 points or something.

Yes that's how mods work. Compare #6 to #30 in that same map for example. 8 more 100's and 300k difference.

I thought he was quite queer but I wouldn't pit him as a cheater all of a sudden, he looks like he sets a record every three days or so, maybe he practices for three days until he can confidently get an SS or something, highly unlikely but there are a lot of strange people out there >.>
