00:11:037 (2,3) - this part makes it so hard to tell what you want to follow, like 2 is mapped to a drum, then 3 to guitar, 4 emphasizes drums again
same for similar spots like 00:13:307 (1,2,3,4,5) -
00:53:524 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - I think either 5 note streams to fit the drums with tapping, or utilize more 1/4 sliders to have tapping on vocals?
00:57:578 (1,2,3,1) - could make this easier, it's way harder than first time that pattern happens even though music is the same
also for all these 1/4 sliders patterns with overmapped ends, like this one or 01:06:334 (1,2,3,4) - I think muting/lowering tail volume would fit well
01:25:389 (5) - this plays so different from all your doubles after sliders etc. and there seems to be no real reason do put it here once when it's not something your map really utilizes and there is no sudden blue tick emphasis in the song

for example: you replaced the whistle with a kick hitsound and thus can't use real whistles which makes it really empty
