I would change Normal so that it's a bit easier. Raise the circle size and overall difficulty. I suggest removing more notes also, right now it's very similar in difficulty to Hard.
Only a few tiny spacing issues in Hard:
00:16:60 (7) - Not sure if this was intentional. I like it, but some people may prefer that you move it further from (6).
00:32:07 (2) - The end of the slider is a little too far away from (3).
01:36:16 (2) - Same as above.

while i like the map, i was just wondering...
what happened to the first verse and first run of the chorus?! it just doesn't sound right when the song starts properly, but it skips a whole chunk of the song, even if it isn't that noticable in terms of playback...

I believe the mp3 was cut to shorten the playtime. The normal song is much longer and thus much more taxing to map. I actually like it cropped down like this, and taktaktak did a good job fitting the video as well.
