I change it a lot for fun, but it's mainly:
"[" and "]" for left and right
"x" for dash

5 and 6 on numpad for left-right and 3 on normal keyboard for hyperdash. My shitty laptop and its even shittier keyboard sucks though and sometimes 5 or 6 blocks itself while playing so I'll probably have to change it soon (again, I had like 5 other combinations, just 3 for hyperdash is always there :)).

Using left hand for movements (arrows) and Mouse for dash

I use my feet :33

Left middle finger "Z" for dash.
Right index finger "Right Alt" for left.
Right ring finger "Right Ctr" for right.

I don't know why I chose to play like this primarily because Im right handed and I do movements in this game with left hand, I just got used to it and I tried rebinding but just sucked really badly :P

I've also played with a PSX controller on both analog and digital, arcade stick, snes pad, screen tilt, trackpoint, wii remote, and mouse buttons

e~ now left: 3 right: 1, dash backspace

I found out that the main part of the keyboard is more responsive than the arrow keys. So I now play with the keyboard turned around.

I can't use shift on my keyboard because it feels strange dashing with a key that has stabilizers.

Left button, Right button and Left Shift. It's the same old awesome style.

But recently I switched to 4 (left), 5(right) and L(dash). That enables me to switch directions a little faster and efficiently.

Usually in the dash is CTRL Left and Mouse Click ( In Left Hand )
And Move with the Arrows :3

(I am right-handed and i have an azerty keyboard):

So i play with "A" and "Z" (equivalent of Q+W i think) to move and i dash with the "4" key.

Used to play with the standard, but my right arrow button broke, so I switched. Now my setup is

Dash: left mouseclick, but I switched over to '1' on the numpad. Feels so much better to control.

Personally I use a Logitech Controller that is very similar to a DualShock 2

For those that seem confused about controller vs keys it is very much like tablet vs mouse. My keybinds are:

Left on the Joystick for left.
Right on the Joystick for right.
A or Button1 for dash.

It works very comfortably, and if you guys have a spare controller lying around go ahead and try it!
