It shouldn't be too hard for this diff you dont need to ease like that.

Generally i find you tried to reduce difficulty as much as possible. I cannot tell it is something bad but for this set it isn't good idea it also effects spread badly. Only if you even change those 2 circles to triplets that will increase it a bit.

00:17:395 (1,1) - 01:02:395 (1,1) - These are fitting overmapping tho but it wasn't even necessary on extra diff why on insane. Still you may think about that they are actually only triplets.

00:08:207 (8207|1,8207|0,8395|2,8395|3) - these need to be in the same lane; while playability isnt a problem, having them like that interrupts the flow of the rhythm that the player's hands have built upon the patterns before that, since the same continuous beat of the drum as 1/2s followed by the 1/4s separates the two as different rhythms. i recommend applying Ctrl+H to all of this at 00:08:395 -
00:19:645 (19645|1,19645|0,19645|3) - the pattern following this 3-note here doesn't really flow too well due to the streaming immediately followed by the jack; if you want to keep this a 3-note regardless, i recommend applying Ctrl+H to this:00:19:645 (19645|1,19738|2) -
00:19:645 - if you applied the above, change the patterns here to something like this (and apply hitsounds accordingly) to avoid the overly long trill on the left hand

with the guitar beat, it could be 160 bpm indeed, but i don't know with the fast snare beat (appears every 1/2 red line), i wonder whether the bpm should be doubled or not.. similar case like in other rock songs.. how do you even determine bpm in rock song anyway lol...
