    Max size for BG is 1024 by 768

A lot of this feels really rushed. It might be the offset, though it might also be the slider speed compared to the distance snap as well. I'm not sure. :/ I'm thinking it's the offset. I'd find someone to time this better for you... I'm having a hard time determining a better one.
Maybe reduce HP drain by 1 or so?
00:37:446 (1,2) - Some of this was kind of hard to read due the to cramped nature and anti jumps like this one.
01:17:279 (1,2,3,4,5) - Ugh, what a pain to read. I had to study it in Edit mode to get it right.

03:25:780 (1) - Why is this the only one at .5? It doesn't make sense. Do it to all of them or none.
This difficulty wasn't very fun, though it might be the offset doing that. I felt like I was just trying to catch the entire time. :/

00:29:765 (1,2,3) - This doesn't play right to me. Note 2 is on a flat note,while the main beat is on a high tones. I tried to find a better solution that goes with the maps design and I couldn't. So I guess it's fine.

01:12:432 (1,2,3) - This is quite hard to read for an easy. I really think it needs to be changed. It's hard to hit ingeneral since you're making a 1/2th note out of a 1/4th note. It's not unreasonable to create the 1/4th note. I can hit it quite fine by single clicking.

Note 3 would need to go here 01:13:599 -

That's one way to do it. But if you don't like that route. You can make the stack easier to read by moving both note 2 and 3 onto blue ticks.
Note 2 can go here 01:13:266 - and Note 3 would go to the same tick mentioned above. It plays fine for an easy.

After that reapply distance snap to 01:15:099 (1,2,3,1,2,3) -. 01:16:432 (3) - can be placed on the horizontal axis .

01:21:766 (2,3,4) - Ugh. The vocals interfere with the beat here. It makes it harder to hit these right. I suggest you delete note 3 to improve readability.

02:21:099 (2) - I really think this should be placed on the previous blue tick to go with the vocal (02:20:932 - ). When I test play it, I get 0% mistimed hit when it's there compared to 50%. Do the same for 02:23:766 (2) - (Move here 02:23:599 - ). If you do this you should stack 02:21:099 (2) - on the end of 02:19:099 (1) - The increased spacing will allow you to center 02:21:766 (1) - around that stacked note. Just turn off grid and distance snap and center it.

Now for the end transition, you can fill the gap by adding a note here 02:24:099 - , and stacking it on 02:24:432 (1) -. The notes can then be repositioned according to distance snap onto the horizontal axis. 02:24:432 (1,2,3,1,2,3,4) - These notes will be displaced in the change. So move them back into alignment until everything looks properly distance snapped again.

02:58:432 (3,4,5,6) - Eh stack doesn't feel right to me. How about placing Note 4 where note 5 is and place note 5 where note 4 was, then reapplying distance snap to note 6 to make up for the spacing change.

Actually even that isn't perfect. The vocals hint at a complex pattern and you have this simple pattern instead. I think the simplified form of this beat has note 2 where it is right now. Note 3 here 02:58:266 -, Note 4 here 02:58:766 - , Note 5: 02:59:099 - , Note 6: 02:59:599 - , Note 7: 03:00:099 - , and Note 8 where it currently is.

Eh take that pattern if you can use it.

03:01:766 (1,2,3) - Stack plays weird. I keep 100ing the end. The problem is the vocals make it sound like a double. I really suggest you either delete note 3 or move it here 03:02:766 - and create two double stacks instead.

00:49:765 (5,6) - Too hard for a normal. The 1/4th note is not apparent enough. I suggest you abandon that shallow note there and move it to the next vocal at 00:50:599 -. It's more intuitive that way.

01:25:432 - Add a note?

02:24:099 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2) - This plays weird to me considering the vocals. It's hard to play this without getting a 100. I think this can fixed by adding a note to account for a vocal.

My fix to this is to add a note here 02:25:932 -, stack it under 4, and take 02:26:099 (5) -(note 6 after note addition) and stack it under 4 as well. Then finally take 02:26:432 (6) - (note 7) and recenter it. It will fit snugly into place and flow very smoothly into the next combo. I highly suggest you do this suggestion. I think it will improve your beatmap.

00:34:432 (9) - Remove this note? Or better yet turn 00:34:265 (8) - into a slider that ends where note 9 is.This seems to remove the awkwardness of this section and makes more sense considering the vocals.

00:36:766 (6,7,8) - This is still a hard rhythm to pick up, because you're mixing vocals and a random beat that has nothing to do with the vocals that is present through the whole song. I have a more creative fix for the awkwardness here. I suggest you delete note 8 and extend note 6 to its place. I think an S curve slider would work great here.

Pay close attention to my move points. The slider is 9 units tall. The bottom is 8 units wide. I believe I didn't alter the position of the first two move points of the slider. So drag the third movepoint down until the slider is the correct length and add a move point parallel to the final move point at a distance of 8 units. The last movepoint is 15 units from the first movepoint. I'm willing to explain more on this if requested.

Please consider it as I don't like the jump that's there now.

00:42:765 - I really think a note should go here, but in order to do so, you need to adjust the placement of the previous two notes. One way this can be down is to move 00:42:432 (8) - left 9 units and up 2 units. (Easier to just use distance snap until it's an equal distance from 00:42:932 (1) - as it is with note 7. Once that is down, a note can be stacked right on note 1.

Sometimes, the pulsation on the SB is likem, really intense, though I'm not sure if it needs an epilepsy warning. I'd suggest making it softer :3

Well. Thank God it was a waste of modding time.
I assumed you wanted a double-check/triple-check of sorts. As far as I'm concerned, the mapset is pretty much ready. I don't think my input will make the map anymore better than it is more than only to conform it to my likings. I'm quite happy with it, have a star.

*I expected a single kiai fountain on 03:33:766. (:
*The spinner spin/point noises are a bit loud and don't fit the song... If you could add silent .wav sounds for these or silence (or even just lower the volume) for the spinners in each difficulty, I think they would sound much better.
*Offset feels a bit late. Try something like 21,759 and resnap on all difficulties, please.
*"beatmap" covering up Yui's name in the intro is a bit strange. Also,

02:34:766 (1) - Hmmmm maybe start this on the white tick and shorten?
02:58:266 (3) - This and 02:59:599 (3) are the only blue tick notes in the entire map, so they're a bit unexpected. How about using some more sliders here to make it a bis easier?

*Drain, Overall Difficulty, and Approach Rate are all a bit high for a Normal. They're only a tick or two under Hard's settings, so how about lowering each of these a little bit?
02:38:265 (1) - Even though this is Normal, I think that this is the only single blue-tick note you used (so again, it's a bit unexpected). How about ending the spinner a white tick early, and then place a beat at 02:37:766?

01:22:599 (1) - It's really hard to see that this is a slider due to the hitbursts (100/300's) from the previous notes.

*I was worried about many of the overlapping notes such as 01:23:432 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11), but I didn't seem to have any trouble reading patterns like these when playing, so I suppose it's okay.
*A bit easy for 13M points... It looks like lowering either the drain or the overall difficulty one tick will lower the score to 10M, so I highly recommend doing that.

No mistakes found while playing. I've never been a big fan of storyboarded claps but I have to admit that they work pretty well here! Hard was really fun to play, too.
