Haven't looked at the beatmap itself yet, but a few things I noticed right off the bat.
Bad audio quality. It's so horrible that it doesn't even sound like the song it's supposed to be.
The preview point also doesn't accurately represent the song, either.
Also, the timing is way off. BPM should be 138, not 165.

@0989596108: I already asked ouran about Taiko diff... Just 'throwing' the diff isn't work everyday, though I'm not sure. Anyway I think I can start to make at 2010-7-24 AM 11:00 KST (GMT +9) and finish about PM 2:00 KST, well if it doesn't work for ouran...

- Hitcircle is too large. It runs out of hitcircleoverlay. Try this one:
