Save the image someplace where you can easily access it (example the downloads folder or on the desktop)

Rename it (if it is not named correctly) fruit-ryuuta

Go to the osu! program folder and go to one of the skins you want to use with the ryuuta

Just drag the image into the skin folder you choose and open up osu!

Depending on if its 64bit or 32bit, the folders may be different, but if you go to your c drive and go to program files (program files (x86) for example) you should see osu!

But if its not there at all,or things might be/are missing, maybe try reinstalling osu? I never had this problem before, so I wouldn't know how to help if that doesn't help you You could try the help thread, see if someone can solve it
