I'm a bit unclear, is it still allowed if my friend play the guitar here and I the one who sing to register? fyi my friend is not registered on osu
Lastly, because my recording is on low quality, can I raise the volume on it so it'll more reasonable to be hear? ofc without adding any additional effect

It is not a problem if your friend is playing the background music, he/she is not singing after all 
If the recording is not very audiable, you can raise the volume, but just enough so it can be heard clearly.

We ran to almost no trouble getting connected to your audio, which makes things smoother.
Soundcloud had a few hiccups sadly but nothing serious

I have very important information about stages.We got a large amount of invalid entries so the final ones that passed were quite a smaller number, so we will be forced to SKIP A STAGE.
Instead of the initial top 100, ONLY 50 WILL PASS TO THE STAGES!
We're very sorry if this causes any inconvinience to any of you.
After registrations have been judged, document will be published and open for viewing and we will continue with JPOP/POP stage!

Beware, judges and future listeners... my voice is absolutely TERRIBLE, my friend was fine by herself but she decided to kidnap me and force me to join with her as a duet, if my voice sounds a little shaky it is perhaps due to her pointing a gun at me during the whole recording session

Now give us up to one week or so to judge your entries, we have begun the judging process along the way as registrations ran so it wont take as long!

I had a duet planned, but my partner flaked out at the last second so I had to throw something together quickly for a submission. Pretty disappointed in the result, but that's okay, more entries mean more work for the judges!!
