  1. since it's only one diff, I'll put general mod here too (too lazy to make it's own section, lol) First, you don't need to add "spirited away" to the tags since it's already at the source. If you want, you can put this at tags instead : 千と千尋の神隠し it's the Japanese title, and the romanized one Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi
  2. I think the title should be "Gone with the Wind" (remove the capital at W of "with" and T of "the") because with and the are conjunction.
  3. Song setup -> design, disable widescreen support (it's only used for storyboard) and letterbox during break.
  4. Just to make sure, you don't turn off the distance snap right? Because I see your spacing is kinda inconsistent. If you do, please turn it on so your spacing would be more consistent and your map would be neater. You can adjust the multiplier at the top right corner while pressing Alt. If you want jump, you can press alt while moving your notes -w-
  5. Just suggestion since I'm not expert at hitsounding, but maybe you can use custom hitsound for the sound like here 00:17:910 00:18:767 00:19:282 and many more... Like this puu.sh/j4D56/f541acb039.zip or maybe you can find something better. I dunno tho, I can't play your whistle custom hitsound .-.
  6. Honestly I don't really see the difference between the part of the song in kiai mode and the one outside kiai mode .-. Maybe the kiai not really necessary...

  8. 00:00:424 (2) - Actually (personally) it's better if you don't stack it. Stacking at slider end at jumpy map would cause anti jump which make player surprised to play the next note and might end up with combo break. But it doesn't really matter if you keep it.
  9. 00:13:967 (8) - Feels weird because the big beat (the clap, at white tick) falls at the slider end make it less emphasized. It would be better if you can click the big beat so I suggest to change this into two circles or ctrl+g these two 00:13:796 (7,8) - (your choice).   13. 00:20:396 (1) - This spinner is kinda out of place imo .-. there's not really sound and the music don't change much. I assume you are following the increasing background sound but that sound is faint. You better delete it and map this part. Just use the same rhythm as before.

Overall, your rhythm is already pretty good since the song is prettily simple and uses the same rhythm. But your placement is still messy xD maybe try to make your placement neater, it'll be a huge plus point. Try to make your flow smoother too, as I see, the current flow is pointy :|

I actually am aware of that, yet I added the spinner on purpose due to the fact that I wanted to build the pace gradually, thus adding the spinner helps showing that something harder is coming :3

00:05:395 (6,7) - It's for the difficulty spike isn't it? Well, I really do not think it fits in with the intensity currently, let alone at all. I do not like seeing those kinds of jumps, so I would say move 6 where 7 is.
01:08:653 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - Both of these parts could really have been replaced with circles instead of sliders.
03:28:539 - You are repeating this 8 times. People get bored by that stuff. Enough said.

Look at how I do the back-and-forths in my song. I do not overlap while simultaneously going from top to bottom or left to right. Also, you have grid size 4. That's the tiniest you can get. If you look at other maps, people put targets everywhere. You are not going to get a lot of proficient flow if you go in 8 to 16 angles. I like you're trying to create equal space, but you could definitely reduce the DS multiplier to 1 when you think about it. Think of a circle with 360 numbers (360 degrees) printed on its outer edge. You have all 360 degrees you can use to create better flow, and in some cases, a better map overall. I like the streams that you created though. They are probably one of the smoothest I've seen.

Anyways, I hope that you can get this ranked! :)

    -With this kind of song I feel that consistency is key with making this diff amazing. Use consistent DS and change when appropriate with the song. Switch it up with patterns such as triangles, squares, stars, tornados etc..
    -Why Ar 9.2 and od 9? Make the Ar 9.3 since that is more commonly used and od can be 8/8.5
    -To make perfect shapes, use Ctrl + Shift + D.

    00:00:424 (2,3,4,5,6) - here you can make a star pattern so it feels cleaner.
    00:01:453 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Mirror these with the previous pattern, Ctrl + H
    00:01:967 (3,3,5) - DS is weird here, making it the same DS as before will make it feel clean
    00:09:339 (6) - move this to x:382 y:133
    00:09:510 (7) - This can be removed or stacked to 00:08:824 (3)

    This map has crazy potential for complex and interesting patterns. You might want to look at the patterns you made and see if they should be perfect shapes or not. Try experimenting with a variety sliders as well. Considering building up to a climax and the opposite as well for the end. These things help with flow, anti-flow and other beat map stuff. PM me in game if you want a more in depth look into your map what changes should be done. BTW these are all suggestions so if you do not agree with it, its 100% okay if you do not use any of these suggestions.

  3. 00:41:910 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1) - I don't think there's anything in the music to suggest such large spacing increase. I recommend reducing the spacing here.
  4. 01:50:996 (1) - Same as 00:24:596 (1) -
  5. 01:53:053 (4,5,6,7,8) - I would give these some spacing instead of stacking for extra readability
  6. 02:48:939 (2) - Personally I think this shape is a bit too much for this part. I think making the sharp curve more subtle will improve it

  8. 04:27:339 (9,10,1) - I don't think this triple is needed. 2 notes should do fine, and keeps it consistent like the rest of the map.

The map has already been modded a lot & with 30+ sp there's not a lot I can do for it especially with this kind of mapping style.
It's really jagged and there never really seems to be any obvious pattern anywhere. The patterns overall just look kind of static and random, not to mention ugly and boring. This might be due to an overuse of DS tho it's more likely because you're just new to mapping. I'd recommend looking at some ranked maps of the same genre.

Heya, my part of the M4M ^^

So, these kind of maps when modded already by many people is always a bit tricky to find stuff to actually try to help, the rythm is fine, the patterns too, so the major thing I noticed was some notes that would have a better flow in different positions, so most of my mod will be focused on coordinates of those notes that ''in my opinion'' would look and play better, i hope it helps you ^^

The mod
00:06:253 (3) - This one would be better at x:224 y:48 and then you can repositionate 00:06:767 (4,1) - closer to it, depending on where and how exactly you do this.

00:21:682 (8,9) - on this beggining, you could keep a smaller distance of all the notes because the song isn't really ''strong'' right now, so you could abuse your first jumps in parts like this, where you can clearly hear the song starting to change

00:35:739 (1,2,3) - those 2 notes stacked heading down looks a little weird, maybe consider stacking them upwards because of the direction of the slider?

00:38:310 (10) - i think this note plays better if you put it somewhere like x:160 y:219

01:05:910 (1) - This calm part would feel better if in times like this one you put the note more far from the previous note, you can keep the patterns close and then make these kind of notes be played far, another example of note is this one 01:16:882 (1) -

  1. This is purely my opinion, but i think if you keep your DSing consistent throughout sections when its not a jump, the entire map will look a lot more structured, and i think structured dnb maps play a lot better. So things like 00:01:796 (2,3,4,5,6) - using 1.76x here should be consistent with 00:04:710 (2,3,4,5) - or like 00:06:082 (2,3) - and 00:06:253 (3,4,1) - should be kept the same ds. especially when its basically the same sound.

01:42:082 (4,5,6,7,8,9) - weird flow after 8, maybe turn the slider?
01:52:196 (7,8) - move seven on (x480,y216)
02:11:053 (7,8,9,10) - too much spacing for me, suggest u to move it closer to 02:11:053 (7)
02:21:339 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - entire stream with changing spacing :o maybe simple ctrl+shift+f stream?
02:32:310 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - this stream looks much better! :) but make it 02:32:910 (8,1) closer, hard to predict spacing changing here
03:17:224 (3,4) - :P
03:29:910 (1,2) - move it right
03:44:310 (2) - ^
03:42:596 (2) - left
04:45:339 - end kiai here, like previous one
