Bottom line is to do some exercise, adjust diet, and drink a lot of water. Try to do some physical activity every day even if it means walking around for half an hour. Water pretty much improves your metabolism and helps your body do whatever process it needs to do efficiently. Abstain from jacking off too often. Cut candy and soda out of your life. Drink water.
If you want tips on self control go talk to a monk or something.

You are given a score of 1-5 on AP national exams. 1 means you're a failure, 2 means you suck, 3 means you're still pretty bad, not as though (considered passing), 4 is good, 5 is bretty good. Ah ok, assumed you did since you're using the Uchigaytana which is one of the most OP weapons in DK1 and you're not fat-rolling; medium-rolling still looks and feels slow as hell though. Also you should start doing the DLC before you fight Sif, you get a unique cutscene from doing it; the bosses in the DLC are by the hardest in the game though, way harder than the Lord bosses which aren't even hard in the first place apart from the bed of chaos..
