Minor thing, but maybe better wrote "do not
set nuke icons" or simple "do not nuke maps"? Also, I guess we should mention other icons here too, as [?], [!] and [i] shouldn't be used for maps either.
I wish BNs could make separate discussion about BN rules/modding guidelines and make them official when it's done

Yeah, it is glitch, and afaik this can be done on purpose via .osu file to make sliders absolute perfectly snap to grid
or just to troll some modders. However, these decimals, especially ones with one septillionth difference from non-decimals don't breaks anything in game so they shouldn't be bothered. Treat them same as any other SV value.
