Can someone get me the theme for this ASAP?

...I promise I won't abandon it like I did with Lalala Happiness :| :| :| :|

...also, being a DS game, I'm not expecting it to have an OP...

Also, with the word 'youkai' in the title, I'm expecting some NicoVideo laughings after this game has been released... I'm serious the theme song sounds like a Touhou PV would fit in or something.

Also, if I pre-order this, will the Taiko stylii come with it...? :3 I really want one haha

so it's normal for DS3 to have one.

Yay, a 3rd DS Taiko. :D

I would like to see Punishment, Mori no Kumasan Ura, Yawaraka Sensha Ura and Tank! Ura make it in. And possibly Hataraku2000 but that might destroy my buttons, lol.

And there needs to be a NEW classical song remix. Namco just keeps rehashing the same ones over and over.

Maybe they did consider at one point that hard songs like these can't be FCed on DS, that's why Taiko DS1 was easy. Then people started FCing Tenjiku, and DS 2 started to have more hard songs.

Wait...are Namco trying to put more Originals in DS3? The Anime section has been cut from 11 songs to 8, and J-POP from 8 down to 5, Children/Folk could be 0 this time, and Classic only has 3 (probably 1 or two secret). Is Game Music and Original going to have a wider selection?

Actually, I don't think Children/Folk will be 0. *points to Kumasan Ura*

And neither will Variety. *points to Yawaraka Ura*

There are already 4 songs on Variety, and none of them are Yawaraka Sensha, Caramelldansen or Before After Medley. Heck, we don't even know if the Ura system's going to be on DS or not.

EDIT: Err, I just now noticed the Sakuranbo part there hahaha. so I went to search on wikihouse

July 1, Rokodo. It could be dumped 1 or 2 days earlier, so I'll keep a watch out. Taiko DS's multiplayer has never worked on ROMs though for some reason >_>

Tons of screenshots here. New RPG styled story mode!

@lepido: If possible, can you map that one? Having the authentic to go with aabc's map would be nice.

That's not the one, Mitten. It's a Pokedoll. The one you posted was from Takaratomy. There's a slight difference (I like the eyes on Pokedoll better XD)

@Zekira: You can still find those on eBay. Quite easy to get, but beware- Pokedolls are expensive.

@arken: Yeah, you'd need a credit card. Anywhere in the world would do.

I bought mine for US$35.00, $3.00 extra for shipping.

There are wholesalers who price the dolls at US$29.99, and then ship also at US$29.99. That's a whole lotta dough.

I'll update Oretachi CoroCoro Age and Yokuderu tonight, if I'm not busy blogging.

As I have 3 ranked songs,
2(Basic slots) + 3(Ranked songs bonus slots. Maximum is 3) = 5
:3

Meanwhile, Zekira can control 8 Pending/WIP songs cuz she he is subscriber.
So? Try to make your song ranked XD

Final sequence of Taiko 13 is revealed, with two songs only. 'mint tears' as expected XD

And Kimi no Akari, described in the blog as Taiko13's ending theme. Uras not confirmed yet, we'll have to wait for Japanese players to catch up with the news.

First video of Kimi no Akari, Oni 5 star. That's one of the lowest star ranks any recent Namco Original has ever had :/

@pokedigi: If SORA-II had a Ura map it'd be awkward because SORA-I is left out. Agreed about Yuujou Pop though. Thanks for the music!

Etude is there on the list, I just haven't mapped the Inner, that's all. Bit surprised you rushed in so soon though. Can you add that to regular Oni and upload them together?

BTW, Kimi no Akari is amazing. I'll forgive it for being easy.

Is there a way to make owata have the hitsounds or something? And to change the config? I'm pretty uncomfortable with the default...

...or you could just hurry up and finish it aqua :P

Only 15 misses now, though that doesn't count the leniency of wrong hits... which I kinda evidently notice on the last pattern where it has somethign like kkdkkkdkkkd then switches to kddkddkdd and etc. Really interesting patterns, actually.

Also, the titles are just hilarious. Family Dokodon, Kurenai-Kirenai, Speed Punishment, Lalala Sadness (what), Hikari no Hayasa He, Rotter Continuation... etc... lol, just look for yourself: http://forum.hkowata.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=299 . Press the upper left button and just choose the genre

EDIT: Whoever made a Haya of Yawaraka freaking used 2x. I just broke my keyboard >_>

Also, I can't access the Uras of the Hayas with them. When I try to press 5 on Rotter Continuation, for example, the browser tries to load something but always fails to do so...? When I press 5 again to go back to normal, now even that's gone too :/ Also happens on Yozakura's Haya

Hopefully it will be on Taiko 14.

Oh and Kimi no Akari. It's great as the Taiko 13 ending song. But for some reason the owata named it 6-star, lol.

@arken: No, どんちゃん音頭 is the easiest one (Oni 1 star). But all the Namco Originals with 1 to 5 stars are ooooooold. I like Donko's First Date though.

Follow my mapset's timing, that one's pretty good. Lot of timing points though. I'll replace the current one with yours once it's done.

With that being said, how "HARD" would you consider Etude Op. 10-4's Ura?

I say it's HIGH up there. It's among songs like Soroban, X-DAY, and Kumasan Ura, but not at Rotter Ura or Hataraku's level (and nowhere NEAR Ryougen or Kita).

NO ONE MAP KIMI NO AKARI. I've finished it, but because I need to sleep now, I'll upload it first thing in the morning.

It's a bit like Yozakura Ura, for it needs a bit high strength(948 notes with 167BPM) and high skill(changable BPM set and all new1/24 notes set).

I love this song.

Edit1: This song scrolls as BPM 167 all the time.

So yeah, went to play Taiko 12A today. I suck at tatakon so I wasn't able to get that high scores, but I managed to pass all the songs I selected (mostly 8-9 star), one of them being Yozakura's Ura map. O.o"

Seeing on this it is listed as one of the "real" 10-stars, wow I can't believe what I had just done.

Speaking of the "true difficulty" AC13 list, do you guys agree mostly on it? I do, except I'm surprised why Rotter's Ura map is the highest, and Yami no Tamashii is listed as an 8-star. And I don't think Kumasan's Ura map is that high either, neither is Punishment. I noticed people tend to underrate Senpuu no Mai, it's on the bottom of 9-stars. o:

Senpuu no Mai is easy once you manage to destroy the stream. Rotter is by far the hardest song ever, it's worse than Ryougen and Hataraku, both of which I could pass, and I still failed Rotter.

Yami no Tamashii? Deserves the 10-star, not as hard as things like Punishment, Taberuna 2000, Etude, but 8? It's not that easy.

Kumasan Ura is a case of memorizing the beats. Once you do that, it's actually a cakewalk. Try practicing playing songs on Yonpai mode.

No way, that's imposibeeeeel D: I had Noruma Max on that when I played it for a while in Japan while I almost failed on Ryougen :/ Well, that's because I know the end stream, anyway... But since I was inexperienced with it I got tired easily and when I got to the Balloon Note I was like "ah screw this" and hit it only one time, leaving 765 more presses :>

What. This should at least be freaking 9-stars because of it's almost non-ending patterns of streams and WTFBalloon Notes and I find it harder than Taberuna IMO.

Yami no Tamashii should be an 8 star. It's to easy imo. Took me 3 trys to FC it when I first saw it on DS.
Taberuna on the other hand is just another walk in the park but the 1/6 kkkkkkkkkkkk whatever stream throws me off somtimes.
