I tried to fix it with the timing you have, but it just wouldn't work out properly, even if I keep switching between 1/12 and 1/16 divisions.

The solution that I came up with was a new timing section at 01:08:909, same BPM (offset 68909). This way you can actually snap everything to triples.
Been listening it to for a while on 25%, so timings might be inaccurate since 25% does distort things a bit... but here's what I have.
Divisor to use here: 1/12
