Alright, I recieved my role PM, so I suppose I'm officially in now.
First things first, if Sakura is in fact scum, then scum has no normal vigshots left, and they must plan on winning by looking very town and setting up townies to shoot/lynch each other, which looks like a weaker gameplan overall than being able to simply shoot someone in LyLo or waiting with their shot to save themselves, even if we consider that they could have gambled on the "scum Sakura wouldn't do this, must be town" effect.
Also there's something else that makes me think it's less likely that they're following this plan based on what's happened so far, but I'd rather not mention that yet, I'd be giving scum ideas.
What we should do instead, is what CBot suggested earlier, but hasn't gotten much attention.

If we choose shooter and shootee beforehand, than scum will have no problem going along with them shooting town, but if we only choose two people at first, and they don't know yet if they'll have to shoot, or will be shot, than it'll get better reactions, while it shouldn't really have that much of an effect on town, since they could be shooting themselves for all they know, even if assigned as shooter.
I believe this approach will yield better information, we can go back to Sakura later, I don't see what's the rush there with her case, if she's scum they have no shots left for us, so we don't auto lose at LyLo.
