现在的规则是除了红线以及kiai绿线以外其余可以unsnapped 但是一般会建议snap掉

without sounding like an ass (or like my person in 2011-12) but three mods for 34 minutes seems a bit... risky to bubble nor qualifying. Unless you're the god of mapping then it probably is fine.

Obviously there's a long way to go for this map but that was just ar3's decision and I respected him. Don't worry, it won't get approved except for 15 pages of mods.
