No problem! ^^
Well, there are various ways to do it. Personally I create a mask on the layer with the picture and use the free select tool to select an area, then 'fill it with black' on the mask so it becomes transparent. That way you can always modify the mask in case you remove too much/too few by coloring the mask black (to make something disappear)/white (to bring it back). Other than that, I always create two layers behind the rendered layer - one black and one white - and make them visible one after another after each cut to ensure that the render is clean.

Well, there's not really much to do with 25 height, more so that the text takes up most of the place, so I concentrated on fitting the theme and animating without any excessive additions. Hopefully, the eyes' animation on those is much clearer than on the one you've linked as a reference, as I'm not really proud of those chunky animations looking like someone didn't even care when doing them.
Changed the format to jpg for safety reasons, since I remember that the forum didn't like it when I tried to use a gif in my signature and told me that I'm not allowed to. This trick overrides the format restrictions in avatars, so it should work for signatures, too.
Additionally, the text animation in the light one was supposed to be slower, but it turns out to be really fast and in turn hard to notice. If you find this to be an issue, I can always try and remodel the animation on this one so it's slower and easier to see.

Apart from this, you have multiple request threads on your own (https://osu.ppy.sh/forum/t/246441, t/250723), so I don't see a reason why would you request avatars from others that you can very well do yourself. Finally, you don't even seem to play the game, so what's the point of having an avatar?
