まずヒットサウンド100%はでかすぎだと思います。

ここはボーカルないからスライダーを置くならなるべく始点に強い音が来るようにしてあげると綺麗に聞こえるかも？

Hey, from PM request!

General:

Add a preview point (Timing ---> Set Current Position as Preview Point). I suggest adding it at 00:57:984, should be the best place.
I'm pretty sure you know about this, but add a background image. I have no idea where the song is from, so can't really help you here.
I suggest moving the start of kiai time to 00:58:797 (you can hear the music in the background building up here) and end it at 01:21:929. Right now around 33% of the map is kiai time, which is a bit too much.
Your combos here are waaaay too long. You should have some kind of combo pattern. Best one would be using a new combo on every 5th beat, here:

The patterns may be different, of course, but you shouldn't have them too long, especially since this isn't a stream map. Playing on HR with high drain and not enough NCs (new combos) may make the player fail by getting a few 100s in a row even with a full combo. Best example would be 00:25:725 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19), this is just way too long. I'm pretty sure you'll find where to add them yourself here and for the rest of the map!

Insane:

00:02:411 - This feels really empty, better do a rhythm like this:

00:03:857 (1) - This slider looks weird and really old-school. There are some other sliders that could have some work, like 00:16:688 (6), 00:20:845 (8), 00:26:990 (5), 00:31:688 (17) and 01:07:472 (8). Try using the red squares as well (double-click on the white square), not only the white ones, this can give you more creative shapes! Here's an example, not that creative, but you should get the idea:

00:39:459 (4,5) - Replace these two with one slider. Same for 00:41:990 (14,1) and 01:06:749 (6,7), and 01:08:737 (12,13) and other places. You skip a beat too often, which makes it a bit confusing. On parts where you don't feel like having a note, you can just have a 1/1 slider to cover for it.

00:42:532 (2) - I don't suggest using a 2x reverse, really confusing. Remove one reverse and replace with a circle.
01:03:857 (1,2,3,4,5) - We could improve the look of this:

01:40:453 (1) - You can start this at 01:40:725 (1).

Alright, I just pointed out some random stuff, but the main things that you should pay most attention to fixing are:
- Rhythm. You are skipping a lot of beats, which makes the rhythm a bit confusing. One of the ways to fix it is with the sliders that I mentioned, you can also do it with the usage of hitsounds (changing volume, having stronger or weaker hitsounds, etc.). This is an Insane difficulty, so it's not a good idea to leave so many empty spaces. http://puu.sh/bn3OB/9c2143156a.png

- Spacing. The patterns are kind of playable, though they still have to be polished, but there are many spacing errors that may be very confusing, fix them. Example: 00:35:303 (1,2,3) - the spacing between them three is the same, even though you had and empty beat after (1). http://puu.sh/bn8de/2514b9abdf.png
- Hitsounds. You mentioned about them in the PM. I would suggest using clap sound on every 2nd white tick, it's usually the best bet for beginners. Add some finish and whistle sound here and there and there we go.

たまたま見かけたのでちょっとアドバイス（o!m勢だけど）

modに対しては、quoteして、何を採用して何を不採用にしたか（特に不採用のほうは理由も書いてあげるとよろしい）
を書いてあげるといいですよ～
modderの今後のmodに役立つし、それに頑張ってくれたmodderに答えることができます～

some suggestion of mapset:
i think its really very hard if you add some taiko diffs in this mapset (especially for bubble or something)
so, i think you're already finish this map. only std diffs. but it's up to you

00:06:568 (4,1) - Space out just a little more, plays smoother
00:09:459 (6,7,8) - Probably should just stack on 00:08:014 (5)

01:01:959 (5,6) - Either space that out a little more it move it closer to be better when played.
01:16:056 (2,3) - Same here 01:29:068 (1,2) and 01:37:020 (3,4)

I couldn't really mod this. All I can say is use DS snap to it's potential. 1.9-2.0 spacing that is just insane, and when I played it normally and DT is was really off. I don't know how to put it but there was just too much going on (Sound Wise). It has pauses and those spacing kills people. Generalized mapping for map is 1.2 - 1.4 for ~170 bpm songs. So you should change it up a bit where the spacing are correct

All I can do for now, I love Duca and her songs and I hope to see this do well in the future
