I spent the last 15 minutes trying to figure out where BlueYoshi's game was in the queue before it went through only to realize I forgot to remove it when it got moved.

Will need opinion IF you think Set-up is too freaking unbalanced. If you think it is tell me in IRC/osu(when I'm online obviously) so I can try & balance it a little ;3

If activity becomes too much of a problem, I'll lower the amount of games going on to 1. I'd much rather never have to do that. :/

Rather reduce the ammount of players by setup, maybe 7-9p for normal and <5 for minis?

If we see more demand, we can increase it again.

The problem with that is it would completely screw up the queues. There honestly aren't that many 5p set-ups that are worth playing either.

EDIT: I think the best solution might be to go back to one of the 'policies' we had in the past (with some changes), which was having 2 normal games going and a mini when we had more demand for playing. The only thing that would change is we'd have a normal game and a newbie game going instead of two normals.

Pre-in slots were cut off after the first four (as I posted above) to prevent what you're worried about from happening.

@CB My StrategyUPick is ready too. I'm prob gonna allow picks from EM but with some roles banned(We all know one of it is Yak. You all hate the poor yak ;c)

Title: AP (Ability Point) mafia
Size: 7p

Description: during pre-game, each players are given an alignment, type (vanilla, utility, protective, etc), and 10 APs.
During pre-game and night phase, players can spend 8 APs to reroll the type, spend 7 APs to upgrade his role, and 4 APs to add another shot to your otherwise 1-shot role.
Players are not required to spend APs.
2 points will be awarded to randomized one player of the alignment which was lynched that day.
Your role will be determined/changed based on how you spend your points.

Ok, my format

10 Townie (Will change if necessary)
6 Mafia (Will also change if necessary)

There are three sections of a day. One is the standard mafia day where you try to do those fancy mafia stuff. Limited three votecounts. Second phase is the after-class trial period. It's a two hour period where townies will PM me if they want to use their abilities. After the two hour period, I will announce the night PA announcement. The third period is the nighttime. I will PM a random mafia member to pick any townie to kill someone. The night will only finish once I made a morning PA announcement.

Feel free to tell any imbalances or broken mechanics.
