Heya. Looking through interesting things in #modreqs.

[General]

- Looks like you changed MP3? Your offset is way early now. I modded this map with an offset of 653 (+25), but that's probably not perfect either. (Didn't really time it, just guessed roughly). But yeah, my notes below will be a bit off in time because I changed offset and resnapped.
- The differences between diffs in where you mapped and didn't map (where you started, and where the breaks are/aren't) really don't fit well together. I recommend lining them up.

[Insane]

00:15:054 (1,2,3) - This rhythm is a bit weird compared to the music. I'd probably move the 3 to be 1/4 earlier.
00:15:954 (4) - A little closer to 5, since it's part of the stream?
00:17:854 (5,6) - Blanket could be a lot better. I think there're a lot of blankets that could be improved, tbh, but I'm kind of a blanket nazi. xD
00:22:654 (7) - Really awkward flow for 7-1, maybe try this? http://puu.sh/6nG9A.jpg
00:24:453 (4) to 00:29:053 (5) - Lots of interesting things in the background to follow, a pure 1/2 rhythm doesn't fit very well. Claps are also too loud imo.
00:29:854 (3,4,5) - Spacing, this anti-jump is really brutal.
00:35:854 (1,2) - I'd unstack this; most of your stacks thus far have been 1/4, and the stack breaks flow throughout the phrase. Same for the next combo.
00:39:853 (4) - Move it 1/4 earlier to match vocals?
00:41:453 (1) - ^ (I'd add a note at 00:41:353 instead in this case, since you seem to want to follow something different here)
00:58:053 - I'd avoid empty red ticks during kiai, you want to keep the intensity up here.
01:31:853 (1) to 01:47:053 (7) - Interesting place to choose streams. It's not bad though. I'd consider removing 01:44:554 (2), and using a rhythm like http://puu.sh/6nGL5.jpg
01:50:654 (1,2,3,4,5) - Feels a bit empty here, in contrast to the build-up to here.
02:00:453 (3) - The place where the tail is would play better with a slider head or hitcircle, since it's the downbeat.
02:11:653 (2) - Consider removing this note to maintain the same rhythm as the previous 2 combos.
02:17:254 (7) - If you're following vocals here, you can extend this by 1/2 to wipe out the gap as the singer holds the note.
02:24:654 (1) - This section was fun. xD
02:43:453 - Add a note?

[Sallad's Hard]

Looks like he has a bunch of unapplied mods, so I didn't look through this diff very thoroughly. Played well, but it really should start in the same spot as the other diffs.

01:25:828 - I'd probably also add a break here. Was playing HD HR, and the drain was quite scary there. xD

[kuroan's Normal]

00:29:828 (3,4) - Merge these sliders? The head of slider 4 should actually come on the blue tick, which might be too hard for Normal, but the current positioning is awkward to play.
00:32:628 (1) to 02:39:428 (1) - The map gets really boring in this entire middle section, in my opinion. It's a really long 1/1 pattern with an extra note every 5-10 seconds or so, and a few other changes. As a whole, I'd recommend trying to blend some other musical parts into the rhythmic picture instead of following purely vocals.
01:22:428 - Add a spinner, like the other diffs? Having breaks in kiai is weird.
02:58:828 (5) - Unstack this note? Might be a bit hard to read on Normal.

[Easy]

01:19:028 (1,1) - These spinners are a bit long and tiring. It might be worth considering replacing one of them with a long slider (either draw a nice shape, or use an arc + repeat, or use an arc at half-slider velocity.
02:55:028 (1,2) - I think this'll be difficult for beginners to play.
03:25:428 (1,1) - Same as before, for the tiring spinners.

...man, I really lack stamina for modding now. Just 4 diffs makes me super tired, yawn. I think Insane could use some more modding; the flow there felt kinda awkward in general, although I tried to point out where it was particularly painful.

I am very very sorry for the late reply m(_ _)m

I've applied some of the mod, but about what kytoxid said, I didn't map the beginning because it's quite similar with the chorus (but with slower pace). Considering that I don't map it cause I afraid it may made the chorus kinda repetitive, and player will be bored of it. I hope you understand it I'm not very good with words :P

For future mods on my diff, Setsurei may applied any of them as he sees fit. As I may or may not come back very often

Easy mode.
The song starts way too quickly giving the player little to no time to react. I suggest you add a little silence onto the audio file as to let the player get their bairings or start the map a little later.
That slider at 01:17:853 overlaps another slider. This is a big no no and should be avoided at all times if possible.
I'm concerned about the number of spinners in the song. Generally an easy map shouldn't have that many spinners and really shouldn't have one after the other. Remember easy maps are designed for the people who are new to osu and find spinners really hard. I suggest you just tone down the amount of spinners a tad.

Normal mode I have no complaints at all about. It looks great! Keep it up!

Hard mode.
The hit circle at 01:17:853 is placed on top of a slider. Don't ever do this when designing maps. Its a bit no no as it could lead to some confusion on the players end.
That slider at 02:35:853 has a huge problem. Slider ends should never overlap the slider itself as it could cause problems with the game thinking that the player clicked on the end of the slider and therefore breaking their combo
Also some of the spinners that are placed right after one another could easily be compressed into just one spinner with it still fitting the beat.

I recommend you go through easy first and then hard again to try and adjust them a bit more so they flow a little better and fit the difficulties more

- lol many people ask for Kiais, I intentionally didn't add them
because I don't like too much Kiais (kiais helps HD read but it's sometimes too shiny with the kiai fountains)
- this is actually my fault, because I'm using SB, so I need to enable the widescreen support so the BG will remain widescreen
- I prefer darker colors because its easier to read in HD (also matches the BG colors)

about the object starts directly is because I want it to start at that point. it is map-able

these two are ambiguous, you said earlier to NC it but then asked me to remove the NC, which one is real and which one is wrong during copying the object? anyway, I rejected most of your NC suggestions. imo some of it are suitable already following vocal / was in a pattern

I understand your reasoning behind not changing the slider overlaps. Thats fine.
What i'm really wanting to know is have you lowered the amount of spinners in the whole song? That is a really important thing to address especially on easy mode because they won't generally be able to pass 2 back to back spinners on their first 15 trys. Hell I still can't pass spinners with a mouse. Basicly what i'm saying is that if you haven't cut down on the spinners yet then you need to do so.

I do understand their is a beat gap but its still important to not use too many spinners on easy mode. Normal, hard and insane its fine but not really in easy.

The most important thing to place spinners is "fit with the song or not" as you know. In this case, the gap between of spinners is 2/2 beat, fit with the song well. Also both have enough length to pass. (As far as I read your reasoning, you could pass at least the first spinner, right? Then why couldn't you do the 2nd one which have longer length than the 1st one..? I'm a bit confused with that. Ofc no offense.) I don't see any problems with these spinners, I'm 100% sure it's acceptable as I experienced.


EDIT: You meant the HP drain? If so, the mapper can consider reducing it from 3 to 2 considering it's set to 4 in the Normal difficulty.

Given that the spinners are lengthy enough, if you can't pass hp3 od3 spinners, you have a serious problem, no offense. Even as a beginner

Also from what I see, there is enough recovery time for beginners to react after the spinner.

And I absolutely see no reason for you to tell the mapper "you need to reduce the amount of spinners"

02:55:053 (1) - It's probably ok in this case because it's a repeat, but blue tick sliders on an easy diff are generally a bad idea.
03:28:253 (1) - This is bad for easy. You should think about getting rid of the green timing point here.

Mostly minor spacing issues that aren't quite jumps, so they look odd. The jumps are fine.
AR9 seems inappropriate for the map structure. Personally I'd drop it to 8 so that things like this are more readable: 00:29:453 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7)
00:31:653 (5) - Move this left a bit.
01:43:553 (2,3,4,5) - These don't quite follow the curve of the slider, but the previous combo does.
02:04:253 (3,4,5) - It'd be nicer to keep the spacing consistent in this combo.
02:08:253 (1) - I'd move the new combo to the slider at 02:08:653 instead.
02:11:453 (1) - Move the new combo to 02:11:853 to be consistent with 02:09:853 (5).
02:11:453 (1,2,3) - This spacing difference is horrible at AR9.

02:21:453 (1) - I was following her vocal, and also if I add the object there, it seems hard for newbie to respond to the hitcircle directly after a spinner (well it is a beat length and this is possible, but I want to make sure this is easier so I made the distance for 2 beats)
02:55:053 (1) - that's why I made this a repeat sliders, because making a slider-slider or hitcircle-hitcircle is quite a bad idea for Easy diff
03:28:253 (1) - this is slower SV, so I think this is alright, if this is faster than the other SV then I might delete the SV changes

Hard itself AR8, and so I need this to be a bit faster (BPM also quite high, so preferable AR9)

00:29:853 (3,4) - this is anti jump to make sure that they can hit 1/4 beat with that distance

sejak kmarin ane udah ngedit2 sedikit, untuk section bukan reff trnyata lebih ramai dan sangar ketimbang yang reff plus kiai yang harus nya kita mainnya menggebu2. jadi ane menyarankan untuk menambahkan beberapa stream kecil untuk setiap ada jarak antar circle atau slider. hmm terus hitsound nya boleh disangarin lagi deh ini haha.

ya karena kemarin ane sempat modding insane dan kbetulan malah jadi diff sndiri ane uplod sini aja ya hasil modding nya. ente bisa jadiin referensi ke diff insane nya jika menurut ente bagus. revisi ane tandain pake bookmark yang kliatan garis biru di timeline edit nya.
