The pattern of Resurrection Butterfly (30% Reflowering on Normal) on Normal is only a few bullets actually; unlike Lunatic, the patterns don't stack and have a very easy to read fixed pattern (except of course, the red bullets that go in opposite diagonal directions at high speed, in which this case I lost my life to that). First is the Laser+Blue-Green pattern, then when the bullets are off fof that, the Yellow-Green one, then the Red ones, then repeat. The bullets disappear first before Yuyuko throws the next bullets, so it's highly unlikely I'm gonna be getting a border out of bombing thoseLybydose wrote:
Bombing will give you Cherry+ (the top number) based on the number of bullets it clears, plus all the cherry items and petals that fall during that card anyway. When it reaches 50000, you'll get a border. If you intentionally break the border instead of letting it time out, THAT bullet clear will also give Cherry+, making the next border come quicker. On Resurrection Butterfly (lunatic anyway, not sure about easier) you can usually bomb, get a border out of that, break the border, then have enough Cherry+ that your next bomb will give another border.
As for point items, my first lunatic completion had me at like 900-something, and that includes bombing to get the 134 at the start of stage 6. If you have significantly more than that, you're probably hitting the PoC very often during the stage portions (either that or bombing everything).
And yeah I know about the mechanics of the Cherries lol, you didn't need to explain.

I wasn't able to screenshot the end results though... but I did end up with 1 life remaining (by 1 life I mean 1 star on the Player indicator). When Yuyuko's last spell was counting down '10', I was jumping around like crazy as I overzealously unleashed bombs screaming "HAPPY SPRING TIME AAAAAAAAAAAA" so in effect I used up a bomb, completely wasting the Spell Card Bonus
