I'm sorry, under most circumstances I don't find new bg images for people. This queue is for people who want a specific image improved for osu (or in general). I have added a notice to the beginning of the primary post in order to prevent this sort of confusion in the future. If you find an image you like, feel free to re-request a mod :lol:

Yo, idk if you can make the Background that the "Lunatic" uses any more interesting, also i think the audio bitrate is currently 196 kb/s which would need to be nerfed losslessly and i don't know how rip

I was never aware of this, but now that I know I'll be sure to include "no kudosu" or something at the end of all my future bg posts.

To anyone that wants to use this queue, it's still completely open; I'll continue to improve BGs upon request, just don't give me kudosu for it.

I'm doing a storyboarded beatmap and I had to resize lots of times the same image, now it looks terrible :( The BG and some SB elements lost quality and I need some improvements.

All the SB elements that start with "BG_" are the ones that need to be "ringated" xD

i absolutely need your help with audio problems. I'm mapping a 1 hours 20 minute song and the mp3 file is too large. i tried lowering its kbps to 144, but then the audio completely becomes shit and have holes inside. at 160 or 192 kbps, the file is too large to be included to BSS. i'm not trying 128 kbps...

Yo, Ringating. Audio request here, I need the music for my beatmap to fade as the map is ending (during the last spinner) and shorten the mp3. Could you do that for me? Thank's in advance :D

If you're really bored, you could check the background too. It's sort of annoying how the image I found cuts off the bottom of the logo and the feet, so if you feel up for a challenge, you could try and fix that. Though, it's not completely necessary since I noticed you don't get kudosu anymore and won't have a lot of motivation to do it.

I got a new BG and it's 1920 x 1080. I am going to be doing a storyboard, so I was wondering if you can get it down to the right size for that? It's really annoying me how her head is being cut off lol.

Also, if you can improve the image aesthetically in anyway, that would be great!

I don't generally find BGs; I take images that people provide and standardize them for osu (while also hopefully improving the quality). I'll still look at your mp3 and other files, though.

to all: I also can just check background/mp3 quality if you want, so if you're unsure if you could benefit from this queue just post anyway, it couldn't hurt to get a second opinion.

captin wants to convert background to jpg to reduce filesize, and i'll have all difficulties just use the ringatingsgodwork background. gonna delete the other one. i suppose there's a better way to do it than opening it and file -> save as -> .jpg

Apparently the images here are too big file size >.< https://osu.ppy.sh/s/210937

bg.png is mine. I had exported it from paint.NET with auto detect bit depth and it ended up being 1.2 mb. I saw your previous work on https://osu.ppy.sh/s/195492 got the size down to 871 kb so I wonder how you compressed it.

The video also ended up 17.9 mb, but I'm horrible at making good quality/size ratio videos because I can't use avidemux (crashes) and the Freemake video converter I guess isn't very good at encoding. Either my videos are too low quality or too big file size. You got any ideas?

first of all i shud gift u supporter so u can put stuff about ur awesome work on a userpage but thats off topic


but yeah i have this bg atm on this map https://osu.ppy.sh/s/196241
basically the main girl in the middle has a green hairband and i want it to be white and red sorta like the one in the faded out face.

so I've got this bg http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php? ... d=45296003 and I'd like it to be flipped to better work with mania

however if it gets flipped, then the japanese text gets reversed as well, so that's no bueno
