7/10, I'm not really into the genre, but it's a fun song, maybe someone will make a beatmap out of it.
Didn't like the half tempo sections. Otherwise, quite a well made one. Intro and outro were really cool.

Love the strong and idiosyncratic drum beats, and the light bubbly melody on top of it. Reminds me of squarepusher's iambic 9 poetry, actually. At the same time however, it's not really a track that's profound or has a lot of substance/development or anything like that. To me, it's more like a simple melody with a complex beat, but meant for easy listening, 8.5/10~

8/10. The very quiet beginning was too long (should have started at around 1:30 or so) but other than that a very nice track. Would do well in a game as sound track for a area and id stand around for a while just to listen to it.

But srsly, the song can be empty or not, but that doesn't depends on the kind of song but the song itself. You can't say all the songs from games are incomprehensible or empty if you haven't played the game. Most of the animes and games I know caught me before playing/watching them because of the music they have.
