I just get the good old vibes for some reason, so I'll try to help here without going too deep into the style of the map; you could rework curves with the new algorhythm (or just improved beziers) as that'd help quite much at a few parts though.
Considering this map is very old and therefore has a lot of bezier curves, I'd offer my help if you would want these more balanced out or fixed (or generally have any concerns basically), so call me back if you want some of that maybe?

Kiai is mirrored from the first one so same applies here as before - 02:21:268 (1,2,3,4) - these reach a fair bit into the HP bar, please move them down (probably means you will have to move the whole pattern downwards but that should be possible)
- 02:26:233 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - I could imagine a gradual increase in volume here, would fit well with the whole buildup character for the pre-kiai section
