Ok, I'm done here. The diffs. itself are ok to me but the timing is just weird.
I recommend you a double check on it to be sure before to move this map on.

  1. The file hit300.png's dimensions must be exactly 256x256 (currently 103x60).
  2. The file nueva carpeta\hit300.png seems to be unused, remove it.
  3. The tags between the difficulties are inconsistent, make sure to fix this.
  4. Timing between the difficulties is inconsistent, fix this as well.
  5. Disable the Epilepsy Warning on all the difficulties since you don't need it.
~Hard~
  1. 00:07:655 (4,5) - This small jump doesn't fit and feels random, please space it normally.
  2. 01:17:350 (1,2,3,4,5) - The spacing of this pattern feels a bit weird, try to respace it.

Recheck for you.

  1. You forgot to disable the Epilepsy Warning on all of the difficulties, it isn't needed.
  2. After rechecking carefully, the first offset seems to be better as 90 on the 147 BPM section. Don't forget to fix this on every difficulty and to resnap all green lines, notes, etc.
The second offset on the 125 BPM section seems to be fine.

Just these and we're probably ready to go!

Gathered from #modhelp discussion I'll conclude the following issues:

  1. Offset is early by 9ms which is quite a lot.
  2. This map really should have an epilepsy warning concerning parts like 00:13:967 and 00:15:192; there also are lighter examples such as the pulsing icon in the start which can already be enough, but the timestamped examples are the main reason for this and should not be ignored (aswell as the whole kiai time basically).
  3. Your hit300g.png is causing issues in Flan's diff: 01:15:790 (2) is having its reverse arrow mostly covered by previous combo's 10 hitburst, making it very hard to sightread if not impossible.

Just to be entirely safe, you should also PM MLGnom (as he's the creator of the Flandre skin) and inform him you're using his work in your map - that's only fair and, theoretically speaking, could prevent another unrank related to possible (but frankly, very improbable) copyright/property issues.

What makes you sure about this?

It would be nice if this could get confirmed before bringing it to a rebubbled state.

Timing needs fixing.

First offset is 84 (off by 15)
Second offset is 52377 (off by 13)

Right now your hitsounds are ridiculously quiet. There are parts where the music is blaring and the audio of the hitsounds is a mere 10%

You've silenced the hitnormal on S:C2 at the end of the map, so every circle or start of a slider needs to have a proper hitsound.
Lunatic is fine because it is a slider end.
Insane is fine because the circle has a finish hitsound applied to it.
Hard is unrankable because the circle at 01:30:550 (5) - has no hitsound other than a sound effect that comes much later.

On Regou's Lunatic, why does the slider at 00:31:119 (1) - end on 1/6?

Can someone check whether the PV Size Needs to be added or not? (with the source)

In all diffs: Make 10 or even 5% hitsounds to at least 25% so it's audible. at some parts it's definetly not.
