Actually I'm pretty sure we do have 32 countries with at least 3 regular players. I've seen some players not participating because : "We don't have enough players in my country" even though I could find at least 2 others players who plays every days and has more than 10k PC. But some people just tend to think that if you can't FC every ranked map then you're not capable of playing in the TWC.
