I've seen a few of those (Big O, FMP, original Macross). Gotta finish up Bokurano (read the manga, seen enough of the anime to know it deviates), but haven't touched Gunbuster/Gunparade. Gonna definitely check those out!

If you don't mind CG then Arpeggio of Blue Steel: Ars Nova is good. If not, Psycho-Pass, Baccano, and Tokyo Majin are good action.

I recently watched White album 2 and I thought that was a pretty good romance, although it doesn't take place in a village.
Another one you might like is honey and clover, it's a comedy and a romance.

I don't really recommend watching anime in english dub since most, if not all, are bad dubbed. Well, if you want, Dusk Maiden of Amnesia is a good one and good in english dub as well. That's the only one I remembered watching in english so my bad. For good anime that ended, I'll recommend Mushishi, Suisei no Gargantia, Aria series, and Monogatari Series.

I highly recommend Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood. It's my favourite anime to this point.
Amazing story, solid visuals, music was awesome (I still have a few EDs/OPs on my favourites list for osu! and on my iTunes playlist), English dub cast were amazing and the ending was very solid.

Fate/Kaleid Prisma Illya - Lolis AND action
Non non biyori - A very recent funny slice of life anime, I really enjoyed it.
Gosick - A nice mystery anime with a smart loli
Higurashi no naku koro ni - If you want to see lolis going full out on killing each other this is your show (also, even if you dislike s1 s2 is sooo worth it.)
Usagi Drop - Rin is absolutely adorable. That's it.

you could try White Album2, Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo, and i think Chuunibyou is another anime you could watch.

I'd suggest Gintama or Nichijou to you, I found both very funny, Gintama is around 200+ episodes long, and Nichijou is 26 eps.

If you're okay with loli-tsun and long-progressing stories- Shakugan no Shan (older anime)

Lots of newer animes are coming out with lots of action.

A recently finished anime that's action-packed = Arpeggio of Blue Steel - Ars Nova

The most Animes I have on my watch-list aren't fully released yet, so I can't watch the next episodes yet.

I prefer Romance, Ecchi and Comedy.
Something similar to no railgun, tomodachi ga, toradora, ookami, warawanai neko, yumekui, chuunibyou, outbreak company, zero no tsukaima etc.

Give me as many Animes as possible, because there's a large chance that I know some Animes already.
Oh, and I'm picky when it comes to the animation style. I usually don't watch Animes that have a rather old animation style.
