I've got silenced aswell for my extraordinary large (in raw formate, not the actual image width/height) Darude - Sandstorm .gif but only 1-2 months later as some mod noticed it.
I would pretty roughly bet my virtual money on mekadon that his image wont be classified as NSFW or even noticed by mods, not until after OWC ends.

You weren't active during the other owcs, but a similar sort of thing happened during one of them.
