not really sure what to do about pielak as it seems he's banned LOL. he told me already about what happened and is trying to figure it out. For now I wish to postpone this match until further notice. I would really rather have a fair fight with him rather then having him dq because of this. So if this drags on too long, I guess there's no choice. I would like to give a big thank you to all the people who have supported me throughout the tournament. All of you were my main source of encouragement. Yes, the ending was somewhat disappointing and I wish it could have turned out differently, but all decisions were made according to the rules of the tournament. I am gifting my prize of supporter status (see below) but of course, I would still like to claim the profile badge.

Tournament structure
These are my thoughts for next year's tournament.
My matches with Silynn and Mythol were very similar because both of them chose a DT and HR map, and both times I chose a HD and no mod map. The results of each of these maps were very one-sided, with the person who had chosen the map being the clear winner. My ideas are to either use Best of 7 matches so each match has more content and will produce a more accurate result, or limiting each player to one mod map choice.
No mod maps generally give more fair matches, which are more interesting to play and watch. Both of the ideas above slightly lessen the weight of how the tournament is affected by mods without denying them completely.
Lastly, I would use ranking system seeding as opposed to choosing from a selection of random seeding. It is more professional, and not too much more unfair to beginners.[/list]

The results of each of these maps were very one-sided, with the person who had chosen the map being the clear winner. My ideas are to either use Best of 7 matches so each match has more content and will produce a more accurate result, or limiting each player to one mod map choice.
No mod maps generally give more fair matches, which are more interesting to play and watch. Both of the ideas above slightly lessen the weight of how the tournament is affected by mods without denying them completely.
Lastly, I would use ranking system seeding as opposed to choosing from a selection of random seeding. It is more professional, and not too much more unfair to beginners.[/list]

However, I already have infinite supporter status, so I would like to instead gift it to the people I have played throughout the tournament. The only time I've had a "grace period" was when I asked the opponent beforehand if we could play late and they agreed to it. If you're not showing up to your matches and expecting to be given a freebie then you have your answer.Kyou-kun wrote:
