There are two sounds going on at that moment, the trumpet and the percussion in the background.
The percussion is what most of the other diffs are mapped to, which is fine because it's consisten with a beat.
The trumpet is harder to map to because the person playing the instrument took too long to play the note.
Judging by how you said you are uncomfortable mapping there, it looks like you want to map to the emphasis of the trumpet.
I slowed down the song to catch where the trumpet peaks its emphasis, and it was 00:50:633. The closest snapping beat to that is 1/8, where it is 00:50:634.
I think if you put it on 00:50:634, you'll see it sounds closer to what you were looking for, although playing 1/8 isn't very intuitive for a player.
EDIT: Talked about it some more, so what happens is there is slight percussion in the music at the red tick 00:50:596, the trumpet's lowest noise starts at 00:50:633, and the trumpet's higher noise starts at 00:50:662. Technically those three spots would be mappable, I don't think it's mappable at 646 as 646 is in between the two noises. The lower noise can be achieved on 1/8 (where it is 00:50:634) and the higher noise would have to have a new timing section (which would mess with other diffs)

happy30's diff has a slider that ends at 00:55:155 when the red section begins at 00:55:139. This is because the slider goes over the red section. This is nothing to worry about and text editing tends to make the problem worse (ask mm201 for details on that sort of thing if you're worried about it)
Nold and Skystar have stated that they wish for hitcircles to be at 00:50:634. While this isn't particularly intuitive, it does match the beginning of the trumpet (1 ms off, plenty close) and it is up to them to keep.
I might have missed some things in this large set, so please be careful when checking it.

Really nice map you've got here, all the diffs seem well done and really funny to play for me, I would have changed some things, but they were some really minor things, so I think this is ready to go now. I also understand Nold's and Skystar's logic on putting these notes at 00:50:634, and it seemspretty much reasonable to me.

On happy30's style you can use 1/16 snap to get it 3 ms early. 00:54:852 (5) -
On Stefan's style you can use 1/16 snap to get the M slider 3 ms early as well. 00:54:095 (1) -

The BG is nice. Why are you all complaining?
There is nothing wrong with it. It's just that anime styled Mario is kinda weird with the rapper who sounds like he would be wearing a basketball jersey.
