This was about the best I could find. Use 506ms for video offset. It's not HQ by any means but it's good enough for a beatmap background for sure, and definitely better than no video at all. :P

Unless there is something wrong with inherited points, I don't believe there is a need to change this because it ends up being the same thing anyways. (If there is a difference besides 1kb of extra text, then I'd be happy to adjust it)

To Fumika: Made NC changes. Found a couple other spots I had to do as well. I personally like the slider as is.

To Kiyro: Slider changed. I liked yours. The NC doesn't fit with the music. I'm NCing every two measures and it would just look plain ugly to NC there, even with a BPM change.

  2. 00:25:916 (1,2,3,4) - It can be quite tricky to catch these notes, the vocal goes differently with drums/beats, so the player might be confused. I suggest to replace these by two sliders to make it easier to 300.
  3. 00:37:273 (5) - You can make a better blanket, I'm sure.

seriously though, up to 70% of the players will just be able to play two to three difficulties out of the 9 difficulties in this entire beatmap.

Andrea diff is the hard diff of the mapset indeed xD
All the others, except stefan (normal) and lanturn (easy)'s, are insane diffs.

EDIT: @theo: This is a project, I have asked my favourite mappers to make an insane diff and, since there are easy, normal and hard diffs as well, the mapset is perfectly ok now. (:
@grumd: will wait the other points even if I will double the bpm most probably

1. Offset: 5.620ms BPM: 99,05

Timing is actually pretty simple, there is just a beat that comes early and everything is connected to that, so a minor offset shift fixes everything.

Though, this is not 198,100. However, seeing as some slider velocities might seem unreachable with the above BPM I am not sure if it would be ok to use doubled BPM.

The reason why double BPM is such a touchy subject is that 1/8 notes which are not in the music are not allowed. 1/4 notes on a doubled BPM are 1/8 notes on the original BPM and unless they are in the music, they are unrankable.
I suggest to open a discussion topic in the lounge about this, because there was a similar discussion about it already.

Also there is a new silly thing, and that is when you add backgrounds, by default they will be shifted by 1px down and to the right. I have no idea why this occurs but it should manually be fixed.

I don't have anything against you but this BPM case should really be discussed within the team because this is just going over things we kinda stand for. :p

Not asking you to change anything but as we talked I just find to many things that make me uncomfortable I feel nold and nemis's are overmapped to points that some patterns stop making musical sense to me, and the only thing I will point out is in the skystar diff. 00:25:310 (1,1,1,1,1) - if you think you need NC's for these to be readable you shouldn't use them in the 1st place. the 1st few diffs are really nice and you got the timing all fixed up so congrats to that this is a decent map set I just feel maybe you have to many diffs and the amount of effort spent trying to make them all unique is what is making it less than great >/2cents

Alright so we all know that this map is very, very heavily mapped.
A lot of people are going to disagree with the amount of beats on the song, and a lot of those people will call it overmapped.

I think a good way to strike a balance between those who are okay with it and who aren't would be to follow a simple idea -> circles and slider starts match an instrument in the music.

That way the player isn't physically clicking on a beat that isn't there, but the sliders still get to be fun.

Running through the map with this in mind I'm going to point out some things. I am not 100% sure on this, but it's worth discussion. I have to pop anyway over wrongly snapped stuff.

[RLC's style]
00:23:261 (3,4,5) - This appears to be mapping to the scooting noise, but the beginning of the scooting is not actually snapped 1/4. It's a neat idea but it's flat out wrong, going to have to pop over this. The later half of the scooting is 1/4, though.

[Chewin's style]

Shit, that's my very big fault. Nold's and Nemis' diffs had same issue before, and I suggested to change it to 1/3. And for some reason I didn't notice that same rhythm was in RLC's one. With this much of diffs it's pretty easy to get lost :(

Well, @ Charles:
The circles in skystar and nold's diffs are perfectly snapped.
Listening the music with 25% playback rate you can hear that those circles sound much better on the blue ticks. It's done on purpose.

As regards stuff you mentioned in my diff: no, I won't remove those circles.
The reason is that I want to keep an 1/2 rhythm. Adding circles on red lines doesn't mean that the map is overmapped, just no. I added those circles to don't create useless breaks during the gameplay. I don't want to break the rhythm/map's flow with removing those circles, sorry.
I will keep them.

I have just fixed the spinner in the Andrea's diff to keep the consistency with other guests, but as I have already said, I won't change stuff in my diff. I will wait other's response, but I can guess that they won't change their rhythm/remove those circles for the same reason I mentioned above, about my diff.

There's two words for that, it's called timed wrong.

Also, other diffs map to the red tick on those portions.

Logically, as far as the song's composition is concerned, a red tick makes more sense.

I fixed these things just 'cause the map is not mine and I don't want to stop its way... sincerly I think that those notes were anyway playable and fun even if there weren't no sound

There's two words for that, it's called timed wrong.
I don't think that it's a timing issue if both next and previous notes are on-spot. Adding an uninherited timing point just for one note isn't the solution.
As people are mentioning above, we can just try to find the best fitting tick for this. I don't believe that the song was intentionally recorded at 1/3 at that place, but that should work anyway.


Also @Skystar and others:
Do not place this 1/3 note (00:50:596) as a single circle. We never had a 1/3 before so it's not really readable (expect thousands of 100s). Place a slider end at that point.
