General

Combo colours of yanlu's Normal diff has 4 colours, Hard diff has 5 colours. You should change combo colours to same.
Kiai time of yanlu's Normal diff is err on the end of Kiai#1. You should move it to 01:41:881.

yanlu's Normal

00:41:393 (5,6,1) - Move to down and right 1 grid. Notes between (4,5) will be more look good.
00:50:661 (7,1,2) - Move (7) to x:364 y:272, then move (1,2) to left 1 grid. It will be more beautiful.
00:57:003 (3) - I think that slider shouldn't end there because it isn't suitable with the rhythm of song. I suggest that end a slider at 00:57:490.
00:57:978 (4,5,6,7) - Change 4 circles into 2 slider will be easier.
01:16:515 (6) - Add clap in slider repeat to follow the rhythm.
01:26:271 (1) - Add finish here.
01:30:174 (1) - Same as 01:16:515 (6).
01:32:125 (4) - Move slider last point to up and left 1 grid.
01:41:893 - From what I mentioned in general. Resnap a green line sections to 01:41:881

Comment: Your mapping hasn't many problem, but I think that you may have to check putting hitsound, because you forget put it a lot.

00:18:466 (4) - Hitsound is weird. I suggest that remove whistle, if you are not sure will you remove it or not, you can observe from 00:22:369 (4).
01:06:515 (2) - Move to right 1 grid. It will be symmetric with slider end of 01:05:783 (5), and you can move 01:04:320 (1) to stack with (2), if you want.
02:05:296 (3) - Change to curve slider will be more beautiful.
04:04:076 (6) - Try don't stack with (5,1), but I'a not sure would I like move it?

Comment: Good diff, but you may have to more work about some NC on notes, because i felt surprise when I see some NC aren't following the rhythm of song and the vocal but I'm sorry for don't mod about any NC on ths diff.

Learn to mod

First pointed thing isn't even necessary, circle nor hitburts doesn't cover repeat and it's really readable, consulted with MAT.
Second is basically same so won't bother commenting.

Lally, all of the things you've pointed out aren't really valid things that should be pointed out during modding. 00:40:403 (3) and 02:14:062 (3) do not cover the reverse arrow with their hitbursts. There's plenty of time to see the reverse arrow after the hitburst fades away (the reverse arrow is still visible with the hitburst there).

03:21:379 (1) does not touch the HP bar. Use default skin while modding, please.

03:50:160 (1) isn't a problem at all.

Which MAT told you that this stuff was an issue? I want to talk with them.

I wasn't so sure about 03:50:160 (1) - since the Hitburst hides almost the complete Sliderbody of (2), but oh well.
