mp3の曲が終了した後の何も音のない部分が邪魔な気がしました。03:29:170 より後ろあたりはカットしてしまっても良いのでは。

00:39:671 (1) - 00:39:670 から始まるボーカルの声は、00:40:004 で終わっているように感じます。直前の流れからしても、このスライダーを1/1のものに置き換えたほうが自然な流れになると思いますがいかがでしょう。
00:48:004 - 00:04:670 と同じ。
00:59:671 (5,1) - (5)の開始する場所に特に音がないので、この音取りに違和感がありました。順番を入れ替え、スライダーの終点にサークルをスタックさせるような感じではいかがでしょう。

00:36:504 (3,4,5,6) - 恐らく配置から来る見た目によるものだと思いますが、3,4と5,6が完全に分かれているように見え、視覚的にリズムの誤読を招きそうです。
DS1.4xほどですべてのサークルを離してみるのはどうでしょう。
01:04:504 (7,8,9,10) - 角度が浅く、直線的な配置になっており、少し打ちづらい角度な気がしました。8,10をそれぞれ6,5のスライダーの始点の上にスタックさせるというのはいかがでしょう。

DS1.4xほどですべてのサークルを離してみるのはどうでしょう。　Insane級なので、普通ではないでしょうか。　私はよくNatsumeRinの譜面でリズムをよく間違えます。こういうこともあるから、楽しいのではないしょうか。そして、この譜面はAR９なので、上から降ってくる”わっか”が速く落ちてきてきます。なので、こういうのも初見で余裕で突破出来ると思います。さっきも書いたとおり、私はテストプレイを多くの人に頼みました。それで、この部分をミスだしてるのは一人もいませんでした。ちなみに頼んだ人はｐｐランク三桁の人ばっかですが、四桁の人にも頼んでいます。大丈夫ではないかと思います。なので、変更はしません。ごめんなさい

それと大きいほうのsnowは名前とかぶってるけど意図的ですかね？　小さいのは、手からだしてるみたいなｗ　イメージで置きました。

I think Kiai time in Hard and Collab are better for them it is, but for me i hate kiai times. i'd prefer kiai bursts because i want to give more effect as if fireworks are firing up in the sky. and the kiai times can be different if there's a guest diff in the map.

wikiでタイトルを調べてみたところ、アニメタイトルは「ましろ色シンフォニー -The color of lovers-」でした
元のゲームのタイトル「Love is pure white」と、メーカー名の「Palette」をタグに追加しませんか？（Loveは曲名に含まれるから入れなくても大丈夫かも）
creater's wordに誰がゲストで入っているのか書いてあると親切だと思います

Did some IRC modding.

Changed some bad spacing in the beginning of the Normal, some tiny overlaps in the Hard, and tick rate 2 for the Collab. Also changed the really light combo color to something a little darker and the artist unicode entry. Passed to sp3, and here we are.
