You need to open yourself to forward. Don't seek for what you had in past. You don't need it. You're not exist for that someone. You're just having a hard time leaving your habits. Try new things, make yourself busy. Yes, easy to say. But not that hard to do. Just say "goold old days" as I'm sure you have no regrets. Well I'm still not able to sleep at all and gonna use sleeping pills because my body got used to that routine but I can say I'm much more better in mind right now compared to months ago. Just something lost their values. And learned that anyone can do anything you'd never expect of them. So, nothing has to last forever because you don't need it forever.
Oh and I must confess, aggressive sex ftw
