I was actually planning on getting The Eye of Judgment just because tons of my friends already play it. >> <<Seibei4211 wrote:
I hate trophies that need specific real-world equipment to get, like those trophies from Burnout Paradise that require a PS Eye. Who WANTS a PS Eye?!
Not that I have that game, but still. It's a dick move. But I guess expecting you to have a Rock Band controller while playing Rock Band isn't too much of a stretch, but still.
You can get trophies online (I'm nearly positive, I think that's how I got my 1m+ score because in this household my normal bandmates are between the ages of 5 and 12)awp wrote:
I play Rock Band 2 a lot, but my drums are basically busted atm. I'm still kind of at that transition between Hard and Expert; I can get 90s for most non-devil difficulties on Drums/Bass.
Vocals are only @ Hard though. If you can earn Trophies online that'd be rad because I'm missing the ones that require competent team-mates/full band as well as any one that requires a rock band controller.
I am so down this weekend. If my brother comes over (possible, not likely, and he might just drop in for like five minutes unless...) We've got an expert vocalist. If I take ez street and play Bass, we can triple Expert some stuff.Rolled wrote:

Well that's pretty much all that matters, right? I love R2 co-op.rust45 wrote:
But when I do play online games it's mostly Resistance 2 cooperative.
I played it. I really wanted to like that game. It looked promising. I played the demo and that was so disappointing. I'll just wait for Katamari Forever. That will be a far superior $50 game with only an extra week wait.awp wrote:
Go play the WET demo. It's fuckin' awesome.

Freakin' hate that boss in Hard mode. I got to the very last round and died once. That pissed me off major. You should try going up to the...eastern (?) skyscraper, then jumping off and doing an air groundspike devastator right into her. Pretty nice damage and it's easy to repeat if you deal with the Hunters to get your health back.
I didn't have the midair devastator, nor the sword air down swing, I consumed hunters to critical mass and used ground devastator and tried not to get interrupted, but it got easier when tanks and copters showed up.awp wrote:

Lock onto one of the sentinels and charge. When you're almost within range, do a mid-high jump to either side of the boss and charge the Triangle ranged attack, and then evade. If you've got the HP, do an Air Painspike or whatever it's called; the single-target tentacle rape attack. You hover in the air when using it, so attack with the same method as above.
The boss is actually really easy when using this strategy. It just takes like, 15 to 20 minutes.
EDIT: actually, you're probably in your best interest to use this strategy for basically EVERY boss battle.
