Timing and offset look ok.

Great work on the art, I especially like the spinner. One small issue is that the life bar doesn't fit in the border properly. It needs to be less wide and moved so the end matches up with the border. Here's an image:

There are lots of sliders which are circular shaped that have the start and end points exactly on top of each other. This means it's hard to tell which way the slider ball is supposed to go round. Perhaps you could move the end points slightly away from the start points? In any case I certainly don't think you should have these on normal difficulty. Examples are: 00:38:08 (6), 00:59:22 (5), 01:10:89 (1) etc. The longer ones (01:46:86 (1) and 01:51:27 (1)) are especially nasty.

Another issue I have is with the hitsounds. In the chorus you've made some of the beats silent, which I don't get. It feels like to me that I'm missing them and throws me off a bit. This is a personal issue though, so I'll be interested to see what you think about it.

Other than that Normal looks good :)

I think you should remove the mini brakes such as 02:10:18 and 02:15:17 because the drain is minimum in these areas.
y is there a timing section after the spinner ends, and not right before?

我也觉的声音有点轻。还是增加点比较好。音量低的话,你多处设置的normal&soft切换效果就小了

After an update (viewtopic.php?p=166989#p166989) the comboburst image doesn't look right. It's size needs to be reduced and fixed so that it works with the new origin. The map is looking better than ever!

These are only my opinions though. =P

2:31:473 (1) - The slide starts here seems weird, since all the other sliders are of same length. Maybe add a note 1/4 earlier ? Or just let the slider start 1/4 earlier and end at the same place. I like the 1st correction better.
2:41:726 - 2:45827 - This set of sliders is a bit too on the left. If you play on solo mode, there will be a score leaderboard there that will obsturct the view of sliders. Maybe move these sliders slightly to the centre of the screen ?
2:46:458 - Same here. Maybe it sounds better with a note here, or just move the slider earlier and end at same place.
2:51:347 - Spinner on next red tick. (1/4 beat later) End spinner at 1/4 beat later too.

No problem in timing and placing and beats, but I think the hitsounds is too soft, and since this song heavily emphasizes on background drum sounds, maybe you can add another difficulty featuring all the drum sounds ?

I like what you've done with the storyboard, but these hitcircles aren't very good tbh :/
I don't think you should use kiai.
I also don't like your use of soft hitsounds for most of the song, but that's up to you. However, you shouldn't put timing sections that change hitsounds directly on notes because if the note is hit early it'll play the wrong hitsound.

I don't know much about skinning, but I'm pretty sure that comboburst is TOO BIG. Normal lacks hitsounds, by the way - please add them. They sound so boring at parts without them. ;__; That's all I can complain about. Have a star.

Orange = moderate issues. it would be best if you change these, but you may be able to get away with not changing it
Red = major issues. you need to change these

i like your SB work. the skin looks nice too on the whole. a little rough on the edges but its only minor.

00:25:44 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - i find this bit awkward to play, the way the beats are layed out on the timeline seem odd. i guess they're fine since no-one else has had a problem (i think). same goes for the other bits like this.

this map has the same kind of bits, like at 00:25:44 in normal. again, no-one else had a problem with it, so you can leave them, but i find them awkward.

only nazi spacing stuff i could find. i never bother with that though

you might want to add some more combos to this. some of the combos go past 20 o.O. just add new combos to the long combos please. too many to list here.

other than that, looks good,

[Skin]
Comboburst is ugly. I removed white spaces which were ugly and Evanescence text which was unnecessary and blurred edges a bit to make it look less ugly, also cropped empty borders. Result at the end of post (it might look a bit ugly here, but believe me, looks better when playing).

Hitcircle's image is not symetrical. It should be shifted a bit down and right.

Either use custom sliderball and followcircle, or default sliderball and followcircle.

I don't like flashing scorebar. Make it static?

Why black.jpg has 45KB? If you recompress it as .png, it will have around 2KB.

Spinner-metre and grey space at spinner-background do not exactly fit eachother (yes, it's noticable while just playing).
