Here is a (bad) picture I made to show you my ideas

I know there is already a topic about having a friends’ rank but maybe this would be a better idea. I thought of a country rank where only players of your own country are.
I don’t think I need to give more explains about this topic but I really thing playing osu!
would be very more exiting and that would add more challenge.

Later, we could have the number of country’s 1st ranks we have, pop-up in-game when you have lost a 1st rank and who bet you etc…

Peppy… If you must make something for us to enjoy playing, please make this :)

(And, of course, my apologizes to GensokyoAkuma who can easily S this song with a 99% accuracy :D )

Exactly. If you really want to see who your friends are, just remember who they are. They're already highlighted on the list and any friend beyond rank 40 won't show anyway.

So this feature request about Friends scores on maps and ratings is pretty shit.
But you won't be able to watch their replay if you are under online rank 40. Still, very useful and interesting to see.

If you can't be the best player in the world, why not in your country? \:D/

I think this is a great idea,
and yeah friends do already get highlighted on maps, but not everyone is able to make it into the top 40....
you got my vote! (but I don't have any votes remaining atm >.>)

well you can't watch their replay anyway if they happen to be outside the top 40.

Actually, it would be kind of cool to both see friends and country ranks.

Check boxes for both of those.

The sense is that smaller countries have a really big disavantage faced to biggest ones (No, i'm not talking of the japanese army)

It would also help us to know each other best in a country, and to know who is stronger, or close to your own skill in your country. :)

I am a bit of a Whore when it comes to ranking. ( #1 Canada Taiko Woot! ^^ ) So I would KILL for this.

Been thinking of a same sort of thing, except that my idea was "Friends ranking", showing only your friends' scores. Dunno if that's too useful now that the game shows top400 for each map, but... maybe it might still be nice.

So yeah, more rankings than just world and local would be nice to have in-game.

ok, we all get the idea of this being awesome, so lets stop making comments about if yes or no, and lets ask something more productive.
How many ranks will it display? i think 40 is ok, but 400 wouldn´t be imposible
will they have replays? not needed
Will de webpage have the same option one day? it could, and probably will happen before applying it in osu! itself
What about the small countries?they wont reach 40 for each song, but is there really a problem with that? there are songs with less than 40 taiko plays, but there is no problem with those...

So should it be implemented? YES please!
