You go to my computer and open osu!'s file then the skin file and drag it there. Tiz what i do.

no no no, i mean, the file isn't .rar or .zip file, but .1jes file (the extension is 1jes) 
the file names 1jes.file and when I try to open it with Osu!, Osu says:,, Osu can do nothng with this file type''.
I have the file drag into a folder but nothing happened, Osu used only the normal skin.
What should i do >.<
