Stacking Leniency should be at least 4 (or third tick, is the same)

It should be at least 0.2, and it is actually the leftmost tick of the stack Leniency(all editor usable Stack Leniency are perfectly rankable) . Even like that it destroys many patterns in many map, so i generally prefer to use a low Stack leniency in my Maps whenever i see badstacks or wrong stacking places.

in what sense? just copypaste the line i gaved you in the SB (or in the difficulties ) Background if it is because it don't go in time with music...

There a thing called "video offset" and that problem are derived by the difference on music/video offsets

The source is wrong...
this op is from the second season soo it should be "Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu Ni!" just like the already ranked one.

Also looking at the SB I feel like Lrc03 should start at 00:05:947 and Lrc04 should end at 00:09:161 so it actually follows the song.

Totally agree with what he said, btw, but I'd suggest one more thing before it gets ranked: Make that warning for Weiren's Ass bigger (probably just making it bold will be enough), also please say something a bit more explanative about it, not everybody knows what Aniki is!

By the way, I can't play this map anymore without laughing, this was so fun to play xD

试着把video去掉(包括osu文件里的video code)然后fullsubmit看看行不行, 如果可以的话再加上video, 最好video重新命个名
