But that could be that you didn't resnapped all notes from the Timing menu, when you changed the bpm and offset.
But besides that, I see the sliders aren't ending at white or red ticks. (preferably on whites, though... It sounds really better)

sorry, but I couldn't mod, because, if I were to do so, it would end up with a ton of "1/4 later/back" and "1/2 later/back"
which would take up a lot of time and space of a post ><.
I also do not really know much on a good timing, good luck on that ;_;
