pretty nice. The problem come from the finishes pattern. Sometimes the finishes are placed in non-accent / non-downbeat positions where they don't need to be emphasized. Only put them in some accent of the song would be nice. Once you're clear about your finishing stratagies, make it unique through the whole diff.

Also, the mp3 file is comparatively soft. You may want to make it louder by software like Audacity. Otherwise, soften the hitsound by ~10% in the taiko diff would be nice.

Seems works fine with 660 offset.
So what you need to do:

- Rename the file to Sekai_Ichi_Hatsukoi_2_-_Sekai_no_Hate_ni_Kimi_ga_Itemo_TV_Size.mp3 (I suppose you can use a shorter name)
- Change offset to 660
- Also fix the video offset

In general for all difficulties, the sliders felt really half-assed. The curves were mostly uneven and not smooth at all. I recommend you check out RJ's Slider guide and see what you can do to improve the presentation of your map. That's where I can see the biggest improvement coming here.

      I'm not sure, but I'm not feeling the flow. The rhythm doesn't feel like it connect with each other to me (not all parts, but some). My best suggestion is to change some hit circle to slider and fill in the empty spaces between notes. It's mainly at the beginning (before the break), but some pattern like I think this would work better if 00:30:815 (3) - was a slider. The 1/2 pause just seem weird. Same here 01:19:001 (1), just a few example.

   3. 00:44:183 - But since in the other diff, this is louder than the previous section, maybe some adjusting is needed? Try to keep it consistent through, so if you want lower volume here for this part, do it for all diffs and vice versa make it same as eay and normal
   4. 00:51:644 - Same as Easy
   5. 00:54:131 - Cannot agree with 20%, I think 40% minimum, you can't hear finish at all (compare to music) and the clap (which is use to follow drum). As for the rest, I don't mind 20%,. but easier just to do 40% for all. use 40%
      Same comment about kiai timing point as other diff (consider increasing volume a bit)

      I'm not sure, but I'm not feeling the flow. The rhythm doesn't feel like it connect with each other to me (not all parts, but some). My best suggestion is to change some hit circle to slider and fill in the empty spaces between notes. It's mainly at the beginning (before the break), but some pattern like I think this would work better if 00:30:815 (3) - was a slider. The 1/2 pause just seem weird. Same here 01:19:001 (1), just a few example. hm... but I prefer to keep those empty space. I think it's better

Please have reply (give good reasons if you don't change something) to what I mention in Placement & Rhythm in Insane. Lot of missing finish, if they were intentional please give a good reason. Not wanting to finish spam is a bad reason as it's similar to saying, the song is spamming cymbals and it sound bad. Also, see if you can try to make flow of Hard better following what I mention. All of this will effect the score I give for this beatmap. I'll come recheck later to give score, tell me when you finish applying my mod. Just about the map in general, try to keep thing consistent across all diff, if you do 50% volume for a timing point, do it for all diff, if you put finish, do it for all diff. Just something to keep in mind for future map and when applying mods.
