January had scores of around 1k -> February came -> scores were still maintained -> middle of February came -> scores dropped to around 400
I'm totally lost now...
EDIT: Actually... Didn't we start kartpartying around December? There's no way we could've reached around 1k if the scores were to reset, and we didn't even kartparty every day.

Anyway just random but I felt proud of myself the other day. Some guy was spamming Wuhu Island Loop (the NOT maka/mountain one) and glitched to get in front of me. I however had an arsenal of bananas at my disposal and threw them all in front of him. Needless to say, I came first and he ragequitted by next race. LOL

I have found that I can play this game for free near-flawlessly at the library. I like how I was in a low-VR room and after I whooped everyone in the first two races, half the room picked Maka Wuhu... and it still wasn't picked. 
That's why (unless you actually know them and they actually are nooby) you don't judge a 1k VR opponent

A communication error has occurred....*ragequits* This is why I'm put in low VR rooms in the first place; you lose 20 points when you DC, so all of my experiments trying to get rid of that error has caused the VR I've earned while playing elsewhere to go down the drain.
Mario Kart Wii works just fine though so I've been playing that instead.

No, it's also ANYTIME during race preparation (not sure about Spectating though, though that'd be stupid if you lost VR that way).

I'd have stuck around until MT got picked but my thumb was too sore to play any longer. (Interestingly, my right thumb gets more sore from holding A than my left thumb ever did for snaking in MKDS.)

Well, if you mean Maka Wuhu, they said they had no plans to fix it but I don't see why they can't change their plans. It'd take a special kind of incompetence to have the capability to patch games and not patch that particular thing in this one.

@Dieathan: What they said no to was putting out a second version of the cartridge with the fix. The mere fact that they're patching MK7 of all games points to me that they intend to fix the * Wuhu * lakitu glitches.

I can be there too. We switched to cable today and, unlike my old Megapath connection it actually bloody works. I tried the game out prior to the switch and got DC'd midway through the race. Tonight's kartparty was a blast. We've begun using Skype while we play... it really adds a lot to the experience. For those of you who weren't on Skype with us during tonight's game, consider trying it next time!

For example, a customary glance at the stats of Slick and Gold Wheels, they look pretty much identical, but with Slick you SLIP SLIP SLIIIIIIIDE on off-road tracks (Kalimari Desert, etc etc) but with Gold the issue is far less noticeable.
