Yeah, but there are a lot of terrible Irelia's. I admit, she is pretty strong but I haven't seen a good Irelia in a while. I think they should nerf her passive :3.

hm I don't really like philo stone on GP though, because even if you're against a hard lane you should be able to safely farm with Parrley and keep up. The philo gold should've been better invested into items that make you stronger.
