And... yeah, not sure if it's yet inexperience at using Nautilus or not, but he never seems to have a solid presence. He looks interesting and tank'ish, but he also seems to go down pretty quickly without proper aid. I guess it's the general Tank rule: good at being the center of attention in teamfights, difficult to use or rather useless on it's own.
I really want to give him a try before next week's champ rotation. So far my impression is really vague. If played with care and alongside a team that benefits from his CCs I think he can be somewhat decent, but so far I need to see more. D:
He kind of reminds me of an Alistar in terms of disruption ability but you can pretty much ignore his damage when he blows all his spells. Plus his jungle isn't the best. Ah well, there goes another 6300 IP...

Sivir is an amazing AD carry. Q is a massive damage nuke in lane if you land it right. W good for pushing/farming and resets auto-attack timer. E is essentially a free banshee's veil with free mana regen if it blocks a spell. R is a huge steroid for both sivir and your team. Only AD carry with more utility than her is Ashe imo (maybe caitlyn, but her CC is very situational and brings nothing to the team but damage).Odaril wrote:

Yeah DotA games tend to be both longer and snowball harder. So pretty much what happens is if you let the other team get an advantage, you're going to lose but lose slowly. I guess LoL's better in that if a game gets out of control, you can surrender at 20 minutes. Not the case in DotA (well idk about DotA 2)GeNJiii wrote:

The surrender option pisses me off. It's almost a convention now for people to initiate a surrender vote at the most subtle sign that the team might lose.

I seem to be only capable of playing melee champions. Particularly Jax, Fizz and Xin. Otherwise, I'm only adept with Ashe and Gangplank. Don't enjoy using tanks.

I wouldn't rush trinity on Ezreal (on corki its okay). I usually go BT, Trinity, and if 2-3 of the enemies have 130+ armor I get a LW if not grab IE. An early sheen is decent on him though, but i would hold off on trinity till after you get a BT.
The problem with AD sion is if he gets behind your screwed.

AP sion is very powerful on SR due to his very strong harass and absurd farming abilities (he can push lanes to tower with doubled waves and go gank other lanes), but falls off later on when consistent dps rules.
AD sion is the exact opposite; he needs tons of farm and tons of babysitting time earlygame to be able to utterly annihilate everything endgame (100% lifesteal for 20 seconds. That heals your nearby allies. Need more be said? also infinite hp scaling)

Only real counter to AD Sion endgame is some kind of burst, not letting him really do anything. If he's already engaged on the battle, there's little you can do when he is criting like a boss and healing 100% of his health.

obv will only work when the enemy jungler starts at blue but counterjungling in general is at low elo very easy to do and ppl get really disorientated upon losing one of their buffs.
as an 1900+ player, (with account banned atm T_T), I pushed my friends elo who is at 1300 and the udyr wouldnt stop bitching about his blue being stolen and that mid didnt help.
we still won, tough mid and jungle were constantly bitching through out the whole game.

I was never really good at Shaco and I don't play Mundo very much. I've tried a few different champs so far thinking that they'd be good in ranked but so far, have not made progress -_-. I don't play support in ELO hell cause the last time I did, I had a fail AD carry with me. He had about 35 minions by the end of the game and I had 22 as Janna :/.
Also, hard to play Shaco in ranked. A lot of the time, he is banned.

It's not her numbers that are broken, it's her kit. She gets a lot for free (CC reduction, gap closer, true damage, sustain, stun, and aoe). means you are still a big-time threat even without that many items

Nope. When you lane vs Pantheon you just max oranges first and turn it into a farm lane.
