a mafia cop is just a role cop with the ability to discern town from independent and cover up their alignment, so I'm not seeing anything nonsensical

@Chris I am not outing my Inno; at least not yet. Doing that would be stupid as he'll only be a target for the Nightkill. Maybe when I'm going to get lynched, I'll out him, but not right now when there's still a chance I don't get lynched.

Two's play does not fit the play of scum or town. If he is scum, then lynching me with his false information is suicide as he would be heavily suspected the next day. If he is town, then why the hell would he accuse me of something untrue, unless the mod lied to him.
This leads me to the conclusion that Two is an independent - more specifically a lyncher. I've already been told via my role PM that independents will show up as Innocent, so the presence of a lyncher is very possible.
Think about it, his claim would look like suicide if he were scum, but if he were to win when he lynches me, then such a claim would be a viable gambit. Think about the convenience of his claim if his goal was only to lynch me. (Kill dkun -> Setup a claim wherein he would bring suspicion to me -> Lynch me)

I get the whole investigative roles thing that Two said, but honestly that thing is incredibly vague in the way it refers to 'them'. Might be missing something but why hasn't NoHItter told us his result from night one yet? Right now I am inclined to lynch Backfire, partly because his roleclaim seems a little out of the blue, and also partly out of curiosity (I know, that's bad).

I haven't really been able to get any good gut feelings early on the past few games, mostly because I'm more busy than usual and I have a bunch of IRL crap that I always end up thinking about instead. >_> Plus, I've been trying to avoid gut voting a bit more recently, but seeing as doing so didn't work out at all in Two's mafia I might as well go back (actually by the end I had 3 of the mafia figured out, as well as JInxyjem by the start, but I didn't get a chance to post and the only reason I had was a gut feeling)
