About Wojjan, one thing is arking me from believing her to be mafia right now. You remember when she tried to look for a replacement? I think that's quite of a hard thing to expect from a mafia during that situation. Like, mafia had no problem at all from winning it and she could have just idled if she had nothing to do or say.

Mechanics
I first made a list of all of the roles that I felt could function in this setup. Then, I separated those roles based on whether or not they would be gamebreaking if duplicated. Every player slot was numbered 1-18. After looking at all of the potential roles and the uncertainty, I decided that 4 mafia would be a fair amount. So I rolled 1-18 4 times to get my mafia slots. From there, I used another randomizer on my list of roles that couldn't be duplicated, and numbered them 1-17 (there were only 17 ). Then, I used yet another randomizer to choose secret santa assignments. After that, I gave out the exact same list to every player, with 1 additional overpowered role (that corresponded to their slot).
Additional Notes
I have a few regrets. First of all, I regret the two mistakes I made that I informed you about (accidentally giving Sync role cop, messing up encryptor description). I didn't feel as though the encyrptor description mistake was that big of a deal. I thought if you wanted to know that you would just ask me, and at least 1 person did. The only reason I brought it up was for it's potential to validate claims. The Sync mistake happened because so many people were picking role cop/bodyguard that I ended up using role cop as a template for the role pms. The other things I regret are making the mafia win condition "vote majority", and not including an extra role on Ivalset's santa list.

Mechanics
I first made a list of all of the roles that I felt could function in this setup. Then, I separated those roles based on whether or not they would be gamebreaking if duplicated. Every player slot was numbered 1-18. After looking at all of the potential roles and the uncertainty, I decided that 4 mafia would be a fair amount. So I rolled 1-18 4 times to get my mafia slots. From there, I used another randomizer on my list of roles that couldn't be duplicated, and numbered them 1-17 (there were only 17 ). Then, I used yet another randomizer to choose secret santa assignments. After that, I gave out the exact same list to every player, with 1 additional overpowered role (that corresponded to their slot).
Additional Notes
I have a few regrets. First of all, I regret the two mistakes I made that I informed you about (accidentally giving Sync role cop, messing up encryptor description). I didn't feel as though the encyrptor description mistake was that big of a deal. I thought if you wanted to know that you would just ask me, and at least 1 person did. The only reason I brought it up was for it's potential to validate claims. The Sync mistake happened because so many people were picking role cop/bodyguard that I ended up using role cop as a template for the role pms. The other things I regret are making the mafia win condition "vote majority", and not including an extra role on Ivalset's santa list.
