Frankly, the gap of two kinds of SV is too big and not making so good effect. And having five SVs per map is unrankable.
I suggest you to change 2.00x SV to 1.50x, and 1.25x to 1.00x. It's a guideline that had to be changed because it said basically "you can use less or equal than three SVs, even if it don't make sense"
