Because that misunderstanding vindicates them for using region locking. They get away claiming it to be a format incompatibility instead of "if (Cartridge.Region != ThreeDS.Region) throw new FuckOffException();" which it is.
They also like to claim it's related to parental controls or piracy, which is just bullshit.

TLoZ: Ocarina of time 3D : Still a very awesome game but if you already played the original you should buy it with 90% of having fun with ... idk everything is still great but i played the original so often i just rushed through the game.
Starfox 64 3D : Oh boy this game has the best 3D effect next to Super mario 3D land ... only bad thing: can't change audio to lylat language nor to any other unless your changing the 3DS itself. But still i love . DO A BARREL ROLL!
Super Mario 3D Land: First thought it was decent. 3D effect is very good but it was to easy and the levels aren't that memorable for me maybe because i hoped it is better than my fav. Super Mario 64. But the length of getting 100% and most epic Final Bossfights in any Mario for me make this a very good game
Mario Kart 7: Nice as always. Especially the online races are awesome and there is nothing better than racing against other people in the osu! community
Only bad thing: Wuhu Mountain (my german version back to english translation ^^) glitch and not that much things to unlock ... also no mission mode like MK:DSSonic Generations: This Game is hard. I can't play with 3D effect because it is so fast i get headache. But it is really fun and challenging

you bought all Nintendo games except the blue-hedgehog xD. I bought ZeldaOOT3D too but just aimed to the free soundtrackCD, so didn't play it at all (of course played the original in N64). also I'm hesitating whether to get Starfox or Gundam cuz I wanna play an action game.

as i said i think the 3D effect is really good
and i can recommend it to all highscore hunters. But as much as i love the gameplay there are 2 things that sucks about SF64 3D 
1. No online mode even though playing with friends (if my friends would even have a 3DS) or against CPU is cool . CPU will kill you
2. No language option ... I don't wanna change the 3DS system to get the english version D: and no lylat language

Hey I have question. If I have ntsc 3DS(from USA) but I use it in PAL region(Poland) then I won't have problem with connecting it to wi-fi etc.? I just need ntsc games to run them, other things work fine?

And to answer your question, it connects to the same internet, so no, there are no problems using a 3DS from a different region.

FINALLY tried the 3DS at target (lawl months after its release) and it was alright. Not amazing, but still more impressive than I originally thought. May get it for the 3D animu girls. xD

Singleplayer gameplay is horrible, especially during the "final" set of dungeons... You'd have to have EXTREMELY good reflexes to avoid a Game Over...

The LTTP indoor part was a pain in the ass, but yeah, the Hero's Trial dungeons are just excessive. You get like 4 of those blue skeletons with the swords at once, and they're already pretty damn hard to kill on their own! And you'll get like a million of those pigs with the blades whose range is much further than yours and they just keep coming. Throw in a bunch of red/green jelly thingies to take up all your attention and a hundred skeletons spamming bones at you all at once and, well, you get the picture...

I have DoA Dimensions and while I haven't played any of the series at all (Except DoA 2 for Dreamcast very briefly), it's really good. Only problem is that the game slows itself a tiny bit with the 3D Effect on but thankfully it still flows fairly smoothly. Well i don't know if this is cool. I mean the Story of Tekken is just about throwing other characters in canyons, volcanos and shoot them to the moon .
I love Tekken and DoA but I think it would be stupid to own both because i only will play one really hardcore. I also hope they add the church stage of Tekken 5 in because that stage is epic ^^.

I was about to order One Piece Unlimited Cruise SP. The Japanese version of the game featured the both episodes which were released on the Wii few years ago, but then I read that the European version only has the first episode. Apparently the European localization took too much space on the cartridge so the second episode didn't make it.

It happened in the firmware update that added new puzzles. Miis met online appear in your Plaza but there's no notification. They can be told apart because they don't carry a recent title icon.

If it worked before, it should still work after the update. At worst, you'll need to update the cart's firmware using an older DS. If you don't have an older DS, you should update the flashcart right now before you update.

D: this game was made for the circle pad add on .... and some cuts scenes had some framerate problems.
Overall still great but i'm still shocked by the fact that the Letter buttons are for the camera (without extra pad)

By the way,I hope the framerate problems will be fixed in the release of MGS 3D (since the demo is the one played at the E3 2011,so...)
Finally got my hands on RE: Revelations. Man, this is probably one of the best looking 3DS games by far.
Also, I tried the demo for MGS 3D. I noticed some framerate issues as well and it works alright without the Circle Pad Pro but it takes some getting used to.
