I'll avoid nazi'ing for now since it's your first time, and there are bigger issues to fix here.
General:
Your map's timing is correct; however, the positioning of the white ticks (downbeat) are incorrect. You'll need two timing sections to fix this. You won't need to move around any hit objects or anything like that, since we aren't changing the actual timing, just fixing the downbeat so this map works properly with Taiko. So:
Move the first timing section to 00:01:280, and then create another timing section with the same BPM at 00:11:909. There, all fixed.
Insane:
This map's flow needs some work. Let's whip it up into shape, shall we?
SPOILER00:02:823 (6,7,8) - The transition from the rhythm to the flow feels awkward. I would make (6) into a 1/2-long slider, so it flows better. Alternatively, add a hit circle between 6 and 7. Finally, you can just space out 6, 7, and 8 if you want to, which would also work.
00:13:109 (4) - This should be a slider. It corresponds to a long, drawn-out sound, so it should be a slider. So, make (4) into a slider that goes to the sound I'm talking about, and remap the part shortly afterward if necessary.
00:15:680 (4) - ^Similar, except this being a kick slider makes no sense, along with not allowing you to map it the intuitive way as described above.
00:35:994 (4) - Ask yourself, "What does this hit circle go to?" In this case it goes to nothing, and as such is best off being deleted for the sake of flow. Hit circles that go to nothing just don't flow well.
00:41:909 (10,1,2,3,4,5) - Here you switch from mapping the vocals to mapping to the beat. The problem with this is that the vocals have far more emphasis here than the beat. So, I would map to the vocals here instead; remember, when in doubt, map to what is heavily emphasized!
01:13:451 (1,2,3) - The group of 3 right before this were jumps, and since this is a "pair" to those, these should also be jumps.
That was a bit fun to play, actually, 'cept for the parts I mentioned. The map's a bit messy, but that's to be expected from a first map.
Hard:
SPOILER00:00:591 (1) - You do not map to this in Insane. For both consistency and because mapping to pick-up thingies doesn't feel good, I would delete this.
00:03:162 (9) - Going from a stack to a jump is hard to read, so I would move this farther out between 8 and 10 so you have an intuitive set of jumps.
00:29:562 (9) - This should be closer to 8 to match up with the spacing of the other notes in the combo. As-is, it's a small jump, and there is no reason to have a small jump here.
00:37:447 (4,5,6,1) - This series of jumps makes no sense. There is no reason to have any jumps here. I would just remap this bit and eliminate the nonsensical jumps that make this map harder than Insane.
00:38:647 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,1,2,3,4,5,6) - I would just remap this huge portion to the vocals. As-is it doesn't really flow well, especially when the vocals have a lot more emphasis and would probably be funner to play.
00:48:419 (3,4) - The endpoint of 3 overlaps the endpoint of 4, which can make it hard to see where 4 ends. Therefore, make it so that the endpoint of 3 does not overlap the endpoint of 4.
00:59:905 (1,2,3) - Delete this and add a slider 1/2 before where this combo is. Try it; it should play better.
Normal:
SPOILER00:01:280 (1,2,3,4) - You could easily rearrange this into a pattern; have the two sliders on the sides and the two hit circles in the middle. Naturally, have 5 in the center.
00:04:023 (1,2,3,4) - Another opportunity to make an easy, good pattern. Have (1) and (2) flow into an arc, and then have (3) and (4) in between the two at the bottom of the arc.
00:08:137 (5,6) - This just doesn't seem like a good pattern to end a section with. I would go with some symmetry here.
00:25:109 (4) - You map to the beat in this difficulty, and then there's this sudden, random red tick here. The finish just makes it sound even worse. ><;
00:48:594 (3,4,5) - I would delete (4) and (5) and turn (3) into a beat-long repeating slider. It would feel better, I think; the section's a bit soft, so having the user click where 4 and 5 are doesn't feel right. But, you also need to keep the rhythm going, so a repeating slider works well here.
01:02:652 (3) - For consistency and to be intuitive, I would have this slider end 1/2 earlier than it currently does, and add a hit circle at that position instead. This way it would go with the vocals better, since where (3) ends is a bit strong and thus deserves a click.
A bit messy, but again I don't want to overwhelm you.

Easy:
SPOILER00:22:880 - The downbeat is here. Therefore, you want a hit object here, because otherwise it feels weird because of how important the downbeat is (hence why, as I said earlier, the offset should be on a downbeat).
00:33:852 - ^
00:39:337 (1) - The start of this slider is hidden under the slider before it.
01:10:880 (6,7) - I would consider stacking these. Pairs like this often feel better stacked.
Also, while you're at it, see if you can make the map a bit neater. You have all sorts of overlaps right now and it can be a bit hard to read at times as a result.
