Well, that's what we've got after a conversation and series of test with Aleks719:
1. Offset: 180ms BPM: 150,00
2. Offset: 28 983ms BPM: 150,20
3. Offset: 67 344ms BPM: 150,15
4. Offset: 102 491ms BPM: 149,00
5. Offset: 115 358ms BPM: 150,00
The last one is a lil' bit earlier now, the second one has faster bpm.

Was called on an opinion about timing and this is what I got:
150bpm 180offset
150,150bpm 28983offset
149bpm 107310offset
150bpm 115375offset
150bpm 179370offset
With your previous offsets, you can even hear parts like 01:02:804 (4,5,6,7) (in the hard diff) being too early. Same with the end of the song, from 02:16:958 onward.
Try these new offsets, I found them much better (I actually finished the map with under 10% mistimed hits with these timings with a SS
).
Call me back once you change your stuff so I can rebubble this and someone else takes a more detailed look.
edit: Changed one number slightly. Also check the pic, I started playing around 1:40 or so where I intentionally missed the first note so I start on a slider (which eliminates the first click lag). Used my timings (this was hard diff btw).

We worked together with TicClick and Odaril checked us, so i think that six ears better than two. Timing is fine as is.

Then we have a problem. This should be timed by someone really experienced in that case. You can hear/tell without trying in test mode that certain notes are just too early. I was called here because another BAT who was checking this also thought something is off. In any case, lets atleast wait what naraku has to say about all this (he was the one who called me).
If you don't believe me, try listening 02:33:758 and onward on 25%. The notes just come too early. 6 ears or not, this part is just not consistent to the beginning (where you can't hear anything too early).
edit: I have contacted Doomsday and lets see what he has to say.

I asked lolcubes to do the check, so we're two people who disagree with the timing when the map was bubbled. However, we'll try to find a correct timing asap, don't worry

Current timing (lolcubes' one) is damn perfect, trust me.
Alright, the timing is sorted I suppose. I checked the diffs and no errors were found. Some slider arrows in Natteke's diff are covered but they are visible in time, just to avoid confusion about it.
Sorry about the mess but it's better to wait a little than having to unrank a map cause of the timing.
